Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate release at the time of opening by laminating a seal layer wherein an ionomer and polypropylene are mixed in a specific ratio, an oxygen gas barrier layer and an outer layer resin using an adhesive layer if necessary. CONSTITUTION:A seal layer 5 wherein 60-90wt.% of an ionomer and 10-40wt.% of polypropylene are mixed, an outer layer resin 1, an oxygen gas barrier layer 3 and a polyamide resin layer 2 are laminated using an adhesive layer 4 if necessary. As the ionomer to be used, one wherein 50% or more of the carboxylic acid group of an ethylene/methacrylic acid copolymer whose acid content is 12% or more is formed into a crosslinking structure by sodium or zinc is used. As polypropylene, a hopopolymer or an ethylene/propylene copolymer is used. As the oxygen gas barrier layer 3, an ethylene/vinyl alcohol copolymer of a vinylidene chloride resin can be used. −酢酸ビニル共重合体、アイオノマー等が汎用シール層
として広く用いられているが、一方では内容物を取り出
す際に容易に開封でき、楽にきれいに内容物を取り出せ
ることが要求され、異樹脂を混合することによってシー
ル面が剥離する、又はシール層の一部が凝集破壊して剥
離することにより、容易に開封できる(以下イージーオ
ープン性という)包装材料が研究され、特開昭60−2
39238号公報に見られるようにアイオノマーとエチ
レン−プロピレン共重合体ムに白濁感が生じ透明性が損
なわれてしまう、又透明性を改良する為、エチレン−プ
ロピレン共重合■のエチレン含量が低いものやメルトフ
ローレ−トの高いものが用いられたが、開封時に凝集破
壊したシール層が繊維状になって残り(以下ケバダチと
いう)ひどいものでは糸を引いて著しく美観を損ね商品
価値を落としてしまい、透明性とケバダチの両方を満足
することはできなかった。

レン系樹脂とアイオノマーの混合系におけるイージーオ
ープン性、透明性、相溶性について研究を重ねて酸含量
及び金属架橋度の高いアイオノマーを用いることによっ
てケバダチ現象を解決できることを見い出し、本発明を
完成するに至ったものである。
