In recent years, sound-absorbing materials have been used as ceiling materials, interior wall materials, and partition materials.
Materials used include gypsum board, rock wool board, metal board, and asbestos slate board. In particular, gypsum boards, which are often used as sound-absorbing boards, usually have through holes, and the size of these holes, opening ratio,
It is also known that sound absorbing properties are exhibited by characteristic resonance absorption determined by the plate thickness and the size of the air layer on the back surface. However, high sound absorption properties cannot be expected from such resonance absorption alone, and furthermore, this resonance absorption has the disadvantage that it is effective only in a narrow frequency range centered around the resonance frequency. For this reason, in the case of perforated gypsum board, a felt-like porous material having open cells, such as rock wool, glass wool, slag wool, etc., is often used as a backing material. However, since it is difficult to integrate these materials with the perforated gypsum board in advance when manufacturing the perforated gypsum board, in actual construction, after the gypsum board is installed, Methods such as gluing or laying these materials together have been used, and these methods have been extremely poor in workability. Furthermore, these materials have poor surface smoothness and decorative properties, and have therefore been used only as backing materials.

As a result of various studies in order to obtain a building material that does not have the drawbacks mentioned above, the inventors of the present invention developed a sheet-like material made of a non-combustible fibrous material and an organic binder on a gypsum board with an open area ratio of 2 to 35%. When laminated together, they discovered that a building material with extremely excellent fire retardant and sound absorbing properties could be obtained, leading to the development of the present invention.

The laminated plate-shaped building material of the present invention is shown in Fig. 1. 1 is 2
It is a gypsum board with an open area ratio of ~35%, and 2 is a sheet-like material made of a noncombustible fibrous material and a binder. The sheet-like material made of the gypsum board, noncombustible fibrous material, and binder of the present invention can be easily integrated on the normal production line for gypsum sound-absorbing boards, making it easy to manufacture. It also has excellent workability. Furthermore, since the sheet-like material constituting the second layer has surface smoothness, it can be used not only as a backing material but also as a surface material. When used as a surface material, it also has the advantage of further improving the fire resistance of the gypsum sound-absorbing board, reflecting the excellent fire-retardant characteristics of the sheet material constituting the second layer.

The sheet-like material constituting the second layer of the laminated plate-like building material of the present invention contains 80 to 97% by weight of a nonflammable fibrous material and 3 to 20% by weight of a binder whose main components are a thermoplastic resin.
The nonflammable fibrous material of the sheet-like material is a fibrous material that does not melt or burn at temperatures below 500°C, has an average diameter of 0.1 to 20 μm, and has an average fiber length of about 1 to 30 mm. Any material can be used, but asbestos, rock wool, glass fiber, ceramic fiber, alumina fiber, or carbon fiber or a mixture thereof is preferred, and the orientation of the non-combustible fibrous material within the layer of the sheet-like material is preferred. The degree is preferably 3 to 80 degrees, preferably 5 to 70 degrees, in order to increase the interlaminar strength of the sheet and improve handling properties. In addition, examples of binders mainly composed of thermoplastic resins include water-soluble polymers such as polyvinyl alcohol polymers, polyacrylic acid polymers, polyethylene oxide, carboxymethyl cellulose, casein, and starch, polyvinyl acetate, and their copolymer. Examples include emulsion or latex-like resins such as polymers, polyvinyl chloride and copolymers thereof, polyacrylic esters and copolymers thereof, and polyurethane polymers. The skin layers on the front and back surfaces of the sheet-like product preferably have a slightly higher amount of binder than the inner layer, or an equivalent amount, from the viewpoint of surface protection during handling and weather resistance. The lower limit value is determined from the amount necessary to uniformly coat the inorganic fibers without being crushed, and the upper limit value is determined from the fire prevention performance and sound absorption performance. Therefore, the amount of binder in the entire layer of the sheet-like material is 3 to 20
% by weight (preferably 5 to 15% by weight), and the sheet material is relatively homogeneous, with the amount of binder in the intermediate layer being 2% by weight or more and 0.25 times the average value of all layers. It is preferable to have a binder distribution. Furthermore, the sheet-like material is preferably a composite sheet-like material having a thin layer formed by laminating and drying a wet sheet made of an organic fibrous material on one or both surfaces thereof. The thin layer is formed by laminating and drying a wet sheet of pulp, cellulose, synthetic fiber, etc., which does not have a stable shape as a layer by itself,
Normally, 0.001 to 0.2 times the weight of the sheet, basis weight 3
~30g/m 2 (in the case of one side). The sheet or composite sheet usually has a thickness of 0.5 to 50 mm and an apparent density of 0.04 to 0.4.
g/ cm3 . Furthermore, a sheet-like reinforcing material such as cloth, paper, cheesecloth, non-woven fabric, net, film, or metal foil may be integrated into the interior or surface of the sheet-like material.

The laminated board-shaped building material of this invention can be manufactured separately for the gypsum sound-absorbing board that makes up the first layer and the sheet-like material that makes up the second layer, and then laminated and integrated on site during actual construction. However, it is also possible to integrate the two in advance on a normal gypsum sound absorbing board manufacturing line, for example, as follows. That is, after stirring and mixing calcined gypsum, water, various chemicals (setting regulators, etc.), and additives to prepare a slurry, the slurry is poured between upper and lower paper, passed through forming rolls to determine the thickness, and then After being placed on a belt conveyor to complete the curing reaction, the sheet material constituting the second layer is adhered to the perforated gypsum board using commonly used water-based or solvent-based adhesives, or hot melt adhesives. It can be manufactured by integrating, cutting, and drying this.

The laminated board-shaped building material of this invention has better fire protection and sound absorption properties than conventional gypsum boards, and has a smooth surface, so it can be used in high-rise buildings, underground malls, etc. that require strict fire protection and sound absorption properties. It is a material that can be widely used as ceiling materials, interior wall materials, and partition boards.
