6-5867, Japanese Patent Publication No. 59-39648, etc., the wrinkles are simply added using a special wrinkle processing machine, or the wrinkles are only added by embossing or the like. There was a problem in that the unevenness was large and the difference between products was large, making it impossible to obtain fine and uniform wrinkles with high firmness.

There has been a problem in that grain spots occur when creating grains with a washer or the like.

It has been found that it is suitable to perform a rubbing treatment after that.

The counts and densities of the warp and weft yarns constituting the structure are not particularly limited as long as wrinkling and fabrication do not occur during processing. The synthetic I&fiber fabric is then desizing, scouring, and
Preprocessing such as presetting is performed.

A jet dyer is preferred. The treatment temperature is preferably 90 to 140°C in order to develop the stretching effect; below 90°C, wrinkles are less likely to occur;
The above is difficult to implement with normal equipment due to the high pressure. Further, the treatment time may normally be 20 to 60 minutes.

However, when using a doctor's knife, the fabric is squeezed with the doctor's knife, which stretches the wrinkles, so there is no need to increase the width of the fabric afterwards. It is necessary to release it. Of course, after coating, it is necessary to fix the pigment to the fiber to some extent by a gentle heat treatment at about 140°C. In addition to coating, it is of course possible to perform various treatments such as pumping and softening.
