従来例の構成とその問題点
従来の温水暖房熱交換器の安全装置を図面にも
とづいて説明すると、第1図のように温水暖房熱

止器3を取り付けた構造のものであつた。本構成
をとつた場合、異常運転時、すなわち、補給水タ
ンク8の水不足安全装置4(水位スイツチ)の短
短・温度制御器5(サーミスタ)の断線・温水循
環ポンプ6のロツク時、第2図に示す如く点線よ
り下部の暖房水循環回路が運転中過熱されて蒸発
しこの時、熱交換器フイン部2の貫通パイプ7上
段は補給水タンク8がバイパス水回路9によつて
短距離に結ばれているため補給水が供給され水が
残り、第3図の20の実線で示すように温度上昇
はにぶく内胴過熱防止器3が作動点にまで達する
のに時間がかかり、第2図の点線下部の熱交換器
10が150℃以上に過熱され器体過熱防止器11
が動作(第3図の線21で示す点)するまで温度
