Abstract

PURPOSE:To completely cover and waterproof a folding roof and to improve working efficiency by a method wherein after a capping material approximately in the shape of a chevron in cross section is secured to the top part of a roof, the capping material is covered with a waterproof sheet to adhere the sheet to the capping material. CONSTITUTION:A capping material 11 is formed approximately in a trapezoid with an open bottom in cross section and cut to proper lengths and formed by a proper metallic material, e.g., aluminum, stainless, or a rigid synthetic resin material. The material 11 has a resiliently deformable slope formed on its outside. A long waterproof sheet 12 is a laminate sheet having a surface of polyvinyl fluoride and a back of polyethylene or is other proper material. An adhesive is coated on the back of a monolayer or a laminate of synthetic resin having light resistance and non-water permeability, and the central part thereof is adhered on the upper surface of the capping material 11 to prevent leakage of rain.

(Prior art) In a folded plate roof, the overlapping folded plate parts are fixed to the tight frame with bolts and nuts, and at the same time, other overlapped folded plate parts are also connected with bolts and nuts. When the roof becomes loose or deteriorates and rots, the tightening becomes loose and gaps open in the overlapping parts of the folded plate roof, allowing water to seep in through these gaps and through the bolt/nut fixing holes, causing rain to leak.

Conventionally, waterproofing of such folded plate roofs has been done by covering the folded plates with a vulcanized rubber sheet or vinyl chloride sheet. The area was filled with caulk and sealed.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, there are many bolts and nuts protruding from the folded plate roof, and the work of treating these parts one by one as described above is extremely troublesome and requires a curing period for the caulking material. At the same time, the sealing part deteriorated over time, making it easy for rain to leak again.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a waterproof sheet in which a capping material having a substantially mountain-shaped cross section is fitted onto the top of a folded plate roof, and which has at least light resistance and water impermeability. (In the present invention, both so-called sheets and films are included) is applied from the capping material to at least the substantially mountain-shaped upper part of the folded plate roof, and the folded plate roof is characterized in that A folded plate in which a capping material having a substantially mountain-shaped cross section is fitted to the top of the roof, and a waterproof sheet having at least light resistance and water impermeability is applied from the capping material to at least the substantially mountain-shaped upper part of the folded plate roof. It features a roof repair method.

Reference numeral 11 denotes a capping material used in the present invention, which has a trapezoidal cross section with an opening at the bottom, has an appropriate length, and is made of aluminum, stainless steel, other appropriate metal materials, or hard synthetic resin material, and is made of capping material 11, which is made of aluminum, stainless steel, other appropriate metal materials, or hard synthetic resin material. It has an upper surface 11a located approximately parallel to the upper surface 1a of the folded plate roof, a lower girder extending from both sides of the upper surface 11a, and a length that extends from the top to the middle of the slopes 1b and lc of the folded plate roof and joins with the slopes. For example, if the top surface 1a has a width of 50 cm, the slopes 1b and lc have widths of 250 cm each, and the pitch between the lower ends of the slopes (bottom width) is 80 cm, then the top surface 11a has a width of 15 cm, the slopes 11b and lc have a width of 15 cm, and the slopes 11b and lc have a width of 80 cm.
A capping material having an IC0 width of 11b and 11C, a slope lower end interval (opening bottom width) of 50 cm, and a length of about 2 m may be used.

12 is also a long waterproof sheet used in the present invention, and has a width that covers at least the above-mentioned capping material 11 and further extends an appropriate length (for example, 30 to 40 cm) on both sides, and has a surface polyester. A laminate sheet of fused vinyl and polyethylene on the back side, or a laminate sheet of polyvinyl oxide on the front side and polyester in the middle, a laminate sheet of aluminum foil and vinyl chloride on the back side, or vinyl chloride, or other suitable material that has at least light resistance and water impermeability. An adhesive (acrylic resin, synthetic rubber, or other pressure-sensitive adhesive) is applied to the back side of a single layer or a laminate of a synthetic resin sheet (in the present invention, it includes a synthetic rubber sheet, etc.), and a release paper is attached. ing.

To explain the structure and method for repairing a leaking folded plate roof as an example, after cleaning the top of the folded plate roof 1, if the capping material 11 is fitted and pressed on the top, the upper surface 11a becomes a folded plate roof. Since the slopes 11b and 11C are superimposed horizontally on the roof 1 directly above the roof 1, and the slopes 11b and 11C are clamped and pressed onto the upper slopes 1b and lc of the folded plate roof l, the appropriate parts of the lower part of the slopes are bonded with adhesive or adhesive. When fixed with fixing materials 13 such as screws, the capping material 11 is fixed to the folded plate roof 1, all bolts and nuts 4 are pulled out, and the outer surface of the roof becomes a substantially flat surface.

Next, while covering the capping material 11 with the long waterproof sheet 12 in the longitudinal direction, the release paper is peeled off and the center part of the waterproof sheet is adhered to the upper surface 11a of the capping material.
Furthermore, if both sides of the waterproof sheet are stretched along the slope and leveled, both sides of the waterproof sheet will be covered with both slopes 11b of the capping material.
11C and the slopes 1b and lc of the folded plate roof below it are adhered to ensure that these are covered.

In this case, the release paper on the back side of the waterproof sheet 12 may be in the form of a single sheet, or the upper surface 11a of the capping material
However, in the above example, the waterproof sheet 12 may be folded with a width extending appropriately below the capping material 11. Although a configuration has been shown in which the substantially mountain-shaped upper part of the plate roof is covered, the waterproof sheet 12 may be attached so as to cover the entire surface including the valleys of the folded plate roof.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, according to the structure of the waterproof folded plate roof and the method for repairing the folded plate roof that prevents rain leakage, etc. of the present invention, just by fitting the capping material, the protruding By covering the bolt nuts, it is possible to make the surface of the folded plate roof almost flat, and by simply fixing this capping material and covering and adhering the waterproof sheet, the folded plate roof can be completely covered and waterproofed. There is no need for sealing work, the problem of rain leakage is almost solved, and the workability is excellent in construction efficiency and simplicity.
