For example, as shown in FIG. 6, the pallet made of corrugated cardboard is made up of a top plate 11 and a bottom plate 12 made of corrugated cardboard, and a girder 13 interposed between them and formed by overlapping a large number of corrugated cardboard plates. Something is known.

The grooves in the corrugated corrugated cardboard that makes up the girder 13 are oriented in the front-rear direction, and the girder 13 is straight in the front-rear direction to increase the load capacity from above so that the girder 13 does not fall over. As shown in the figure, it is necessary to increase the number of corrugated cardboard boards that are polymerized until they form a shape that is close to a square when viewed from the front, resulting in an increase in cost.

Each leg is constructed by forming and pasting a plurality of long corrugated cardboard plates into a planar wave shape, and the corrugated plates of each corrugated cardboard plate are fixed. The grooves are oriented in the vertical direction, and two fork insertion spaces are formed between these legs.

Therefore, it is possible to prevent the legs from collapsing while reducing the number of corrugated cardboard boards constituting the legs compared to the conventional example described above, and to provide an inexpensive pallet that is strong against loads from above.

In the figure, 1 is the top plate of the pallet, 2 is the bottom plate of the pallet, and the top plate 1 and the bottom plate 2 are made of corrugated cardboard. Reference numeral 3 denotes three legs provided in the front and back direction between the top plate 1 and the bottom plate 2, and a total of three legs are provided on both left and right sides and in the center when the pallet is viewed from the front. As shown in detail in FIG. 4, this leg body 3 is constructed by molding and pasting together a plurality of elongated single-sided corrugated cardboard plates 4 so as to have a wavy shape when viewed from above. At this time, the corrugated grooves of each single-sided corrugated board 4 are oriented in the vertical direction. Since the corrugated sheet of the single-sided corrugated board 4 is visible on one side of the leg 3, a flat plate 5 is attached to that side. The legs 3 having such a structure are fixed at both upper and lower ends to the lower surface of the upper plate 1 and the upper surface of the bottom plate 2 with an adhesive. As can be seen from FIGS. 2 and 3, two fork insertion spaces 6, 6 are formed between the three legs 3, and the upper plate 1 and The corrugated grooves of the bottom plate 2 are oriented in orthogonal directions.

In this embodiment, side plate parts 7, 7 and 8, 8 which are bent at right angles are arranged on both the left and right sides of the upper plate 1 and the bottom plate 2, and on the right side when looking at the pallet from the front, the side plate parts 7 connected to the upper plate 1 are arranged side by side. The side plate part 8 connected to the bottom plate 2 is overlapped on the outer surface of the pallet and fixed with wire, and on the left side when looking at the pallet from the front, the side plate part 8 connected to the bottom plate 2 is overlapped with the inner surface of the side plate part 7 connected to the top plate 1. 8 was polymerized and secured with wire. 9... is a wire stopper part. Three legs 3 similar to those in the first embodiment are adhesively fixed on both left and right sides and in the center of the space surrounded by the top plate 1, bottom plate 2, and side plate parts 7, 7, 8, and 8. , the side plate portions 7, 7, 8, 8
The second embodiment is the same as the first embodiment except that .
