Claims (1)
加され測定流量に対応して発生する信号電圧を検
出する信号検出手段と、前記励磁コイルに流れる
励磁電流の極性を切り換える切換スイツチを介し
て前記励磁電流を供給する励磁手段と、前記磁場
の変化を検出する磁場検出手段と、この磁場検出
手段の出力を用いて高周波信号をパルス幅変調し
てパルス幅信号を出力する変調手段と、このパル
ス幅信号を前記高周波信号よりは低い周波数の励
磁周波数で切り換えた制御信号を出力する制御手
段とを具備し、この制御信号により前記切換スイ
ツチの開閉を制御することを特徴とする電磁流量
