It is a kind.

いう不都合さがある。(1) When increasing the number of intravenous drips for a patient, the new drip tube is inserted into the connecting tube (commonly called a three-way stopper) that is attached to the tube that is currently being infused, and connected to the connecting tube. At the same time as the insertion, the number of infusions that had been previously performed (○○ drops per minute) changes according to the newly increased number of infusions, causing the patient to receive less drug than the required amount. This would result in the drug being administered to the patient. Therefore, it is necessary to correct the numerical value to an appropriate level, and the therapist needs to quickly adjust the abnormal value to normal. Furthermore, when increasing the number of infusions after adjustment, there is the inconvenience that all the infusion values fluctuate and become erroneous as described above, and must be adjusted to normal values again.

Not only is this unacceptable, but the therapist also wastes a great deal of effort and time, increases their workload, and becomes fatigued, which greatly impedes medical care.

This relates to a maintenance drip device.

The through hole (3) on the rubber plate at the top of the container serves as a vent for injecting a prescribed drug into the container (1) or during infusion. Next, several conventional drip devices were adjusted to the appropriate numerical value (rate of ○○ drops per minute), and the syringe needles attached to the tip of each tube were attached to the rubber plate on the top of the device body (1).
2), an appropriate amount is dripped into the container (1) and the medicinal solution is administered to the living body through the tube connected to the bottom.During this period, a constant dose is maintained without fluctuation in the number of drops. Also, if you want to reduce some of the IV drips, just remove some of the needles inserted into the rubber plate (2) at the top of the container (1), and the remaining IV drips (number) can be reduced. The number of drops is maintained constant without any fluctuation, and appropriate treatment can be performed.

The reason for this is that there are holes (air ports) on the rubber plate attached to the top of the container, so the pressure inside the container is always flat, so even if the amount of drip is increased or decreased, No fluctuations in pressure. For this reason, each infusion is administered at an appropriate dose and administered normally.
