Abstract

PURPOSE:To always drip suitable quantity to a patient regardless of the increase or decrease of a dripping amount by attaching the board of rubber or resin, sealing the upper part of a cylindrical body, boring a through hole in one part, forming a bottom part in an inclined surface and providing a through hole in the center of the bottom part. CONSTITUTION:A conventional tube (a tube, to which a drip display part and an adjusting screw part are linked) is connected to a bottom part through hole 4 in the cylindrical body (vessel body). With a through hole 3 on the rubber plate in the upper part of the vessel body, prescribed medicine is injected into a vessel body 1 or the through hole is defined as an air vent during the dripping. Next, when the several dripping devices are respectively adjusted to a prescribed suitable numerical value (in the rate of certain drips per minute) and syringe needles to be attached in the tips of the respective tubes are successively inserted to a rubber plate 2 in the upper part of the vessel body 1, the suitable quantity of the medicine is dripped into the vessel body 1 and medical liquid is applied through the tube of the bottom part connection to an organ. During this operation, a dripping number is not fluctuated and the applying of fixed quantity is maintained. When one of the several drips is decreased, only by pulling off the partial needle which is inserted to the rubber plate 2 in the upper part of the vessel body 1, any fluctuation is not generated in the remaining drips (numerical value) and the fixed quantity is maintained for the dripping number. Then, suitable treatment can be executed.

Traditionally, infusion devices consist of a transparent plastic container containing a drug, a tube connected to the container, a drip display section (a part that indicates the drop of the drug solution), and an adjustment screw (a part of the needle that adjusts the numerical value of the drug solution to the rate of ○○ drops per minute). ), a tube with a three-way stopper (connection tube for increasing the number of infusions), and a syringe needle attached to this tube.

Generally, the amount of intravenous fluid administered increases as the patient becomes more seriously ill, and decreases as the patient's condition becomes less severe.

(1) When increasing the number of intravenous drips for a patient, the new drip tube is inserted into the connecting tube (commonly called a three-way stopper) that is attached to the tube that is currently being infused, and connected to the connecting tube. At the same time as the insertion, the number of infusions that had been previously performed (○○ drops per minute) changes according to the newly increased number of infusions, causing the patient to receive less drug than the required amount. This would result in the drug being administered to the patient. Therefore, it is necessary to correct the numerical value to an appropriate level, and the therapist needs to quickly adjust the abnormal value to normal. Furthermore, when increasing the number of infusions after adjustment, there is the inconvenience that all the infusion values fluctuate and become erroneous as described above, and must be adjusted to normal values again.

(2)患者に対し点滴を減らす場合 数個の点滴中から1部の点滴を減らす場合は前記の如く

(2) When reducing the number of intravenous drips for a patient If you want to reduce one part of several drips, remove it from the connecting tube attached to the tube as described above, but in this case as well, at the same time as removing The values for all other remaining IVs fluctuate and become erroneous, resulting in more medication being administered to the patient than the appropriate amount, and the therapist must quickly readjust the values to normal.

In this way, whenever the amount of intravenous fluid administered to a patient is increased or decreased, the intravenous fluid value always fluctuates, which precludes appropriate administration and adversely affects the treatment of seriously ill patients. Not only is this unacceptable, but the therapist also wastes a great deal of effort and time, increases their workload, and becomes fatigued, which greatly impedes medical care.

The gist of the present invention is that the upper part of the cylindrical body is sealed by attaching a rubber or resin plate and a through hole is punched in a part of the cylindrical body, and the bottom part is an inclined surface and a through hole is provided in the center. This relates to a maintenance drip device.

Embodiment 1 of the Present Invention Referring to the drawings, several infusions are administered to a seriously ill patient. The treatment will not be effective unless the appropriate doses of each drug prescribed by the doctor are properly administered.

When administering a large number of infusions of the present invention to a patient, a conventional tube (a tube that communicates the drip display section and the adjustment screw section) is connected to the bottom passage hole (4) of the cylindrical body (hereinafter referred to as the vessel body). The through hole (3) on the rubber plate at the top of the container serves as a vent for injecting a prescribed drug into the container (1) or during infusion. Next, several conventional drip devices were adjusted to the appropriate numerical value (rate of ○○ drops per minute), and the syringe needles attached to the tip of each tube were attached to the rubber plate on the top of the device body (1).
2), an appropriate amount is dripped into the container (1) and the medicinal solution is administered to the living body through the tube connected to the bottom.During this period, a constant dose is maintained without fluctuation in the number of drops. Also, if you want to reduce some of the IV drips, just remove some of the needles inserted into the rubber plate (2) at the top of the container (1), and the remaining IV drips (number) can be reduced. The number of drops is maintained constant without any fluctuation, and appropriate treatment can be performed.

In this example, the needle at the tip of the tube is inserted into the rubber plate (2) at the top of the device (1) to administer the drip. A tube may be attached and each drip tube may be connected by fitting it into the tube.

Conventionally, when increasing or decreasing the amount of intravenous drip, the appropriate amount always changes each time, resulting in more or less drug being administered to the patient. However, the present invention ensures that the appropriate amount is always given to the patient regardless of the increase or decrease in the amount of intravenous drip. The reason for this is that there are holes (air ports) on the rubber plate attached to the top of the container, so the pressure inside the container is always flat, so even if the amount of drip is increased or decreased, No fluctuations in pressure. For this reason, each infusion is administered at an appropriate dose and administered normally.

As described above, the present invention can perform safe medical care by eliminating all adverse effects on seriously ill patients and waste of labor and time.
