[Prior Art] Slippers that are currently in general use can be roughly divided into two types: products using a fishing method as shown in Figures 1 and 2, and products using an outside sewing method as shown in Figures 4 and 5. be. In the former, when manufacturing the upper part 1 of the slipper, a fishing machine is used to hook the deck 3 onto the lower peripheral edge of the middle plate 2, which is called an obake, as shown in Fig. 3. The structure is such that a middle plate 1' with an instep as shown is made, a heel part 4 and an outsole 5 are overlapped and sewn to this, and an insole 8 is attached to the upper surface. On the other hand, the latter outside sewing method involves bending the peripheral edge of the deck 3 outward and attaching the bent edge 3' to the upper peripheral edge of the slipper bottom 2' as shown in FIG. It has a structure in which they are overlapped, a hemline 6 is applied thereto, and then sewn by a sewing machine 7.

The latter method of outside stitching creates a border 3' around the periphery of the upper part of the slipper, and this may be because it acts as a kind of decorative border, and it has become a popular product as it matches the tastes of consumers. There is. However, as is clear from Figure 5, the toes of this type have a triangular cross-section, so when the slippers are covered, the toes do not fit all the way to the tip of the instep of the slippers, and they tend to fall off. Ta. On the other hand, according to the hook-in method shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, since the cross-sectional shape of the toe portion is oval, it has the advantage of being excellent in the above-mentioned foot insertion effect and being comfortable to wear. Furthermore, as seen in Utility Model Application No. 53-5139, a slipper with an upper leather insole attached to a footwear stand with a concave cross section has been proposed, but this slipper has a step on the top surface of the concave footwear stand. This poses a problem when attaching the insole, and since the instep of the slipper consists of a single piece of upper skin, it is difficult to attach it properly to the table. The problem with using slippers was that the instep part, where the most force is applied, would easily peel off.

[Purpose of the invention] Here, the present invention maintains the appearance of the product produced by the above-mentioned outside stitching method, maintains the good foot-inserting action that is an advantage of the fishing method, and also improves the melee of the toe part of the slippers. In order to prevent deformation, etc., a shock-absorbing wall, which also serves as a decorative edge, is formed on the periphery. Furthermore, by forming this buffer wall around the periphery of the concave insole placed between the insole and the outsole of the slipper, the work of positioning the instep and laying the insole can be done more efficiently. It has been made possible to do so.

[Structure of the invention] That is, one of the features of the invention is that it uses a concave insole, which is not seen in conventional slippers. Therefore, this concave insole is made of a resilient material such as sponge foam or rubber, and its shape has a convex portion at the periphery and a flat concave surface at the center. Then, a mid-board with an instep manufactured by the fishing method is fitted into the front of the upper surface of this recessed surface, and a heel part is interposed as necessary on the lower surface of the mid-sole, and then the outsole is stacked,
These are sewn together or fixed with adhesive, and then an insole is inserted into the insole with an upper, and this insole is also fitted snugly into the recessed surface of the concave insole. The structure is such that they are attached together in such a way that the

According to the present invention, because of the above-described configuration, the concave insole protrusion protrudes outward from the instep in the form of a protruding edge, thus protecting the periphery of the instep with a kind of buffer wall. Therefore, even if you hook your toe on it, you won't have to worry about it, and you can prevent it from losing its shape. In addition, since the protruding part of the concave insole is placed on the outside of the instep, it looks like outer stitching at first glance, which meets consumer tastes.Furthermore, the hook-in method is adopted, so the toe of the slipper The cross section of the slipper is egg-shaped, making it easy to slip your feet into.

The outsole 11 shall be made of any material such as leather, foamed plastic, synthetic rubber or felt,
If necessary, cover material 11a such as a vinyl lever is applied from the very bottom to the periphery as shown in FIG.
You may also paste. Note that when the outsole 11 is made of felt, there is no need to attach an outer covering material. The insole 15 and 16, heel 16, etc., excluding the concave insole 12, can be made of the same material as the outsole 11, but they can also be made of a material with high cushioning properties, such as sponge. The concave insole 12 is required to be made of a resilient material such as foamed plastic or synthetic rubber, and has a convex portion 13 formed on its periphery and a flat concave central portion. Let it be surface 14. Although it is preferable that the protruding part and the flat recessed surface are integrated, the protruding part 13 may be added later by attaching a separately formed strip with a rectangular cross section around the flat part. . Furthermore, this concave insole 1
2 and the heel 16 are made of cloth, vinyl leather, etc., and are wrapped around the hem 12a or 1 as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10.
Apply 6a. Depending on the case, the insole 15 may include a sponge cushion material 10 in its heel portion.
After this, an outer material 15a such as cloth or vinyl leather can be applied from the upper surface to the periphery of the insole containing the cushion material 10.

To manufacture the above-mentioned slippers, first, the deck 17 is hooked into the middle plate 18, such as a ghost or battledore made of non-woven fabric, using a fishing machine. Since the deck 17 is fixed to the middle plate 18 by a fishing machine, its toe part is curved and bulged to have a relatively large oval cross section, and its lower side 17a is adhesively fixed to the lower periphery of the middle plate 18. Ru. Therefore, a depth with height is formed in the toe portion within the instep. By the way, after a heel 16 having a wedge-shaped cross section is temporarily attached to the heel portion of the outsole 11, the concave insole 12 is placed thereon, and on the other hand, the upper surface of this concave insole 12, that is, the area surrounded by the convex part 13 is Insert the middle plate 18 into which the deck 17, which is the upper part, is suspended, into the front half of the flat recessed surface 14, attach it to the inner sole as necessary, and then attach the upper part, the inner sole, and the outsole ( If there is a heel, use a sewing machine to sew the three parts together (including the heel if there is one). In this way, deck 1
7 fits snugly into the flat recessed surface 14 surrounded by the convex part 13 of the concave insole 12, so the convex part 13 around the deck protrudes like a ridge, and as a result, both sides from the toe The slipper is surrounded by a buffer with a predetermined width, almost like a protective wall. Incidentally, as shown in FIG. 10, the sewing thread 19 is inserted along the inside of the convex portion 13 including the inside corner of the deck 17 to integrate the upper portion with the outsole 11 and the concave midsole 12. do. After doing this, deck 1
Insert the insole 16 inside 7 and stick it on to obtain a completed slipper.

[Effects] As described above, the slipper of the present invention has a convex portion 1 integrated with the concave inner sole 12 on the peripheral edge of the slipper body.
3 protrudes like a ridge, giving it the appearance of being manufactured using an outside-stitching method.Furthermore, unlike the existing outside-sewing method, the instep is recessed, making it easy to put your feet in. Not only is the slipper comfortable to wear, but the instep, which is the most force-intensive part when using the slipper, is attached to the concave midsole 12 integrally with the middle plate.
It has high strength and the instep will not peel off.

Furthermore, since the upper surface of the concave insole 12 is flat, when the slippers are worn, the entire sole of the foot comes into close contact with the slippers, providing an extremely stable feeling.

Furthermore, according to the present invention, when positioning the instep, which is the most important part in adjusting the appearance of the slippers, by fitting the instep into the front half of the upper surface of the concave midsole, the predetermined position is determined simply by fitting the instep into the upper half of the upper surface of the concave midsole. After that, the sewing work is easy because it is only necessary to sew the garment at a position along the inner side of the concave inner sole protrusion. Furthermore, even if the toe of the slipper gets caught on a threshold or the like, the protrusion cushions the impact, so the slipper can be made strong. Furthermore, because of the above-mentioned structure, the product does not lose its shape and is comfortable to wear, and in particular, the presence of the concave insole provides a product with a much superior cushioning effect compared to conventional products.

Incidentally, the concave insole 12, heel 16, etc. in the above embodiment are wrapped around the hem 12 with call points or other fabric.
When a and 16a are applied, the entire slipper has a warm appearance and has a good feel. Also, outsole 11, concave insole 12, insole 1
5. When all materials such as the heel 16 are made of foamed plastic sheets or rigid rubber sheets such as EVA, urethane, and styrene, they can be made water resistant and have excellent washing resistance.
