圧力差によつて移動するダイアフラム弁５を配設
し、このダイアフラム弁５の移動によつて両ポー
ト２，３間を開閉するようにしたチエツクバルブ
１であつて、前記ダイアフラム弁５はその外周縁
部が挾持されてケーシング４に取付けられるとと
もに、外周縁部の一部に流体流出用切欠き部６が
設けられ、前記ケーシング４の流入用ポート２側
に設けられる弁座面７の、前記ダイアフラム弁５
の切欠き部６に相当する位置には切溝部８が設け
られ、前記流入用ポート２側の圧力が流出用ポー
ト３側の圧力に対して正圧の場合、前記流入用ポ
ート２から流入する流体は、前記切溝部８、切欠
き部６を経由して流出用ポート３に流出し、前記
流入用ポート２側の圧力が流出用ポート３側の圧
力に対して負圧の場合、前記ダイアフラム弁５が
移動してその中央部が弁座面７に当接して閉弁し
