合配置され、円筒中心方向に2つの突出した磁極
を有する磁極部材と、前記各磁極にそれぞれ所定
の方向に巻回されたコイルとからなるステータ部
と、 前記円筒の中心線上において回転自在に保持さ
れた回転軸と、該回転軸の周面にこれと一体的に
固定配置された磁性部材の歯車状リング部材とで
形成されたロータ部とからなり、 前記マグネツトの磁束を集約すべく前記マグネ
ツトの極面積に対する前記磁極面積の比率を十分
