[Prior Art] Transfer sheets that have been used so far to transfer patterns including metal vapor deposited layers have, for example, formed a release layer that also serves as a protective layer on the surface of a heat-resistant base film, and then It has a structure in which a metal vapor deposited layer is partially provided on the surface (Japanese Patent Application Laid-open Nos. 61-291173 and 61-291197). This type of transfer sheet uses a heat-resistant material that is difficult to mold for the base film and release layer, so it is preformed by vacuum forming, placed in an injection mold, and transferred at the same time as injection molding. I can't use it. In other words, no consideration has been given to transferring the image to a molded product having a three-dimensional shape. If you use a moldable base film or release layer,
Transfer can be performed on the surface of a three-dimensional molded product, but when carried out, the metal vapor deposited layer does not lose its luster after transfer, and in severe cases, cracks may occur, resulting in a product that is likely to be defective. There has been a proposal for a printing film that suppresses the expansion and contraction of the film in order to prevent the distortion of the image that occurs when the transfer sheet is molded into a three-dimensional shape (Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 78686/1983), but it cannot be molded with large deformation. However, no consideration has been given to designs that include metal vapor deposited layers.

Our goal is to provide a transfer sheet that never fails. [Means for Solving the Problems] As shown in the drawings, the transfer sheet of the present invention has a base sheet 1 that is easy to mold, a release agent layer 2, and a layer 2 of a release agent formed in a desired pattern. The layer 3 of the material, the metal vapor deposition layer 4 provided on the entire surface or part of the layer of the material that is difficult to stretch, and the layer 5 of the adhesive may be formed in this order, or the layer 3 of the material that is difficult to stretch and the metal vapor deposition layer 4 are formed as described above. They are stacked in the reverse order. On this transfer sheet, a metal vapor deposition layer forms a pattern, but
It goes without saying that a pattern printing layer 6 made of printing ink may also be provided. The pattern layer made of this printing ink may be placed in the order of the release agent 2 and the release layer as shown in FIG. 1, or it may be placed next to the metal vapor deposition layer as shown in FIG. In the former case, it goes without saying that at least a portion of the printed pattern layer must be transparent so that the entire pattern is formed in cooperation with the metal vapor deposited layer. Examples of base sheets that are easy to mold include sheets of plastic materials such as polyvinyl chloride, polyamide, polyvinylidene chloride, polycarbonate, polystyrene, polysulfone, polyacrylate, polyethersulfone, and polyester. Alternatively, it may be used as a laminate. Polyurethane sheets can also be used. The transparent, hard-to-stretch material layer is made of electron beam curable resin, silane coupling agent crosslinked resin, or thermosetting resin, and is made by gravure printing, silk printing, or offset printing to a thickness of 1 to 10 μm. , print in the desired pattern. The metal vapor deposited layer can be vapor deposited first, then a resist is provided, then etched and then partially vapor deposited, or the unnecessary parts are printed with water soluble ink and then the unnecessary parts are vapor deposited and a part is removed by washing with water (
It can be provided by a known method such as JP-A No. 61-291173). When a pattern printing layer is provided, it is preferably formed using ink using acrylic, vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer, polyester, urethane, or nitrocellulose. [Function] The transfer sheet of the present invention uses a base sheet that is easy to vacuum form, but by forming a layer of material that is difficult to stretch in the area where the metal vapor deposition film is to be provided, it is easy to form during molding and transfer. Whitening and cracking of the metal vapor deposited layer due to stretching of the base sheet is prevented. In other words, during molding, the sheet does not stretch in the area where the metal vapor deposited layer is provided, but in other areas. It has been made to correspond. [Example] A base sheet was prepared by coating one side of a polyester film with a thickness of 50 μm with acrylic silicone, and a layer of release agent was applied with acrylic ink, and a layer of vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer was applied to it. A pattern was printed using ink as a vehicle by gravure printing in this order. Acrylic polyol-isocyanate ink was used as a material that does not spread easily, and silk screen printing was performed in the desired pattern to a film thickness of 5 μm. Metal vapor deposition Print the non-existent part with water-soluble ink using polyvinylpyrrolidone as a vehicle, and print A, l! on the entire surface to a thickness of 4
A partial metal vapor deposition layer was provided by performing vacuum vapor deposition to a thickness of 0.00 mm and then washing with water. Finally, an adhesive layer was gravure printed using an ink containing a vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer as a vehicle to obtain 1 q of transfer sheets having the structure shown in FIG. 1. The above transfer sheet was preformed using an injection mold, then injection molding was performed, and the base sheet was peeled off. The 1q molded product had a pattern of the metal vapor deposited layer without whitening or cracking, and had an excellent appearance. [Effect of the Invention 1] By using the transfer sheet of the present invention, it is possible to beautifully transfer a pattern containing a metal vapor deposited film onto the surface of a molded product having a three-dimensional shape, which has been almost impossible until now.
