ト成形用金型及びインサートピンのいずれも上型に固定
されており、しかもインサートピンとウォータジャケッ
ト成形用金型との間の隙間は狭いためインサートピンの
外周面及び金型の内周面に対しパリ取り等の清掃を行っ
たり、離型剤を塗布するのが極めて困難で、これが金型

は筒体5を設け、この筒体5内に加圧用のプランジャ6
を摺動自在に配設し、このプランジャ6によって加圧さ
れたアルミニウム合金等の溶湯7をランナー8を介して
前記キャビティ2内に送り込むようにし、更に下型1の
上面でランナー8にて囲まれる部分には中間型3との間
でクランクシャフト収納部を成形する中子9をセットし

下端よりも上方となるようにし、且つ大径凹部18には

ンを相対的に進退動可能としたので、パリ取り等の清掃
及び離型剤の塗布が極めて容易に行え、その結果金型寿
