Abstract

PURPOSE:To shorten a gap of a linear motor as well as to aim at the promotion of efficiency and miniaturization by attaching a dust cleaning brush, wider than width of a primary core, to a secondary conductor of the linear motor driving stairs of an escalator. CONSTITUTION:Each of stairs 1 of an escalator is driven by a linear motor body 7 and a secondary conductor 8. A cleaning brush 13, whose width is wider than that of a primary core built in the linear motor body 7, is attached to the secondary conductor 5 of the secondary core 8, and dust 11 being dropped from a gap surface 12 of each step 1 is cleaned up. With this cleaning, the gap surface of the linear motor and the secondary conductor are no longer damaged, while gap length can be made shorter, thus efficiency of the linear motor is improved.

Therefore, the gap a between the linear motor 7 and the secondary conductor 5
It was essential to make it as small as possible to improve its characteristics, but when the Gitotsubu a was made small, dust such as sand, cotton waste, and oil was removed from between the front and rear steps 1.・
11 enters the gap surface 1 of the linear motor main body 7, the secondary conductor 5 fixed to the step 1 which is a moving body
2 When passing through the soil, there was a possibility that the dust 11 would be eaten up and damage the gap surface 120 and the secondary conductor 5. Due to this restriction, it is not possible to reduce the length of the gap a, resulting in a problem that the efficiency of the linear motor becomes extremely poor.

[Structure of the Invention] (Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the L2 objective, the present invention provides a system that connects steps, which are a plurality of movable bodies connected in a DMi-free manner, to the front and rear of each step. The secondary conductor of the linear motor that connects the primary core and the secondary conductor is fixed via a guide roller provided in When the secondary conductor passes through the primary iron core -1-, a width wider than the width of the primary iron core is provided on the secondary conductor in order to remove dust that has entered the gear surface of the linear motor. A dust removal device for moving roads was constructed by installing a dust cleaner hT + shell.
