〔考案の技術分野〕
本考案は、プレハブ建築家屋の屋根部に係り、
特に束木と母屋およびたる木との取付固定構造の

プレハブ建築家屋においては、従来、第3図に
示すように屋根部の一部が構成される。図中aは

ある。プレハブ建築家屋においてはふつう、上記
束木aと母屋bは鉄骨材、たる木cは木材、取付
金物dは鉄板が採用される。上記束木aは複数本
所定間隔を存して垂直方向に立設され、上記母屋
bはこの束木aの上端部にたとえば溶接などの手
段で固着され、束木a間に架設されることとな
る。たる木cは母屋b上に斜めに傾斜した状態で
載置される。上記取付金物dには母屋bの上端片
部に係合する切欠部d1が設けられ、ここに係合の
うえたる木cの側面に当接し、さらに固定具であ
る釘e…が打込まれてたる木cの固定をなす。

すなわち本考案は、所定間隔を存して垂直に立
設される束木の上端部側面にボルト杆を突設し、
このボルト杆を母屋の側端部に固着した補強板に
挿通してナツトを螺合し、束木相互間に母屋を水
平方向に架設するとともにこの母屋上にたる木を
傾斜して載設し、上記束木と母屋との間に取付金
物の保持部を介設し、上記たる木の側面に固定具
をもつて取付固定するたる木止め部を上記保持部
と一体に連設してなることを特徴とするプレハブ
建築家屋の屋根部である。

が突設される。4は、やはり断面略コ字状の鉄骨
材で形成される母屋である。この両端部には平板
からなり、透孔5,5を有する補強板6が、たと
えば溶接などの手段で固着される。7はたる木固
定装置を構成する取付金物である。これは、上下
方向に長いたとえば鉄片からなり、略中間部でわ
ずかに折曲されるが、全て平坦状であつても支障
ない。上部側には複数個の釘孔8…が穿設され、
下部側には側端縁から切欠長孔9,9が設けられ
る。上記釘孔8…が設けられる部分はたる木止め
部10を、かつ切欠長孔9,9が設けられる部分
は保持部11をそれぞれ形成する。12は固定具
である釘、13はたとえば木材からなるたる木で
ある。また、14は切欠長孔15,15を有する
補助取付金物である。これら部材でプレハブ建築
家屋の屋根部の一部を構成する。

13を載せるとともに所定角度傾斜する。そのま
またる木13を母屋4の端面側にスライドし、上
記たる木止め部10に当接する。最後に釘12を
釘孔8を介してたる木13に打付け、固定すれば
よい。このとき取付金物7は移動することなく、

組立てられるという効果を奏する。
