摺動部材15の一端には、受皿20が首振り自在
に枢着され、該受皿20は略正方形乃至矩形板状
の載置部25と、該載置部25の相隣位する2辺
に上方突設される起立片部26とを備え、他端側
は、両側縁が垂下延設されると共に、この垂下端
部を内向突設した摺動案内溝部22,22が折曲
形成され、該摺動案内溝部22,22が上記折曲
部17に摺動自在に外嵌すると共に、上記長孔1
9に挿通する連結具23にて、該摺動部材15が
該折曲部17に締緩自在に連結して、腕杆6,6
が夫々長手方向に長さ寸法2Rを調整可能とし、
