Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は間仕切用パネル端の外被部構造に関し
更に詳しくは、間仕切用パネルを設置したときの
その端部並びにコーナー部分における端部を美麗
にしかも簡単で且つガタつきのない外被部構造を
提供せんとするものであつて、図示した実施例に
基づき本考案の詳細を更に説明すると、本考案に
係る間仕切用パネル端の外被部構造は、上面側端
に係合孔1を設け、地レール2に上設した巾木3
と、前記巾木3上に立設し上端外面側にフツク用
の係合部4を開設してなる間仕切用パネル取付用
支柱5と、断面略コ型部材の開放端両側縁を対向
する方向に折曲して折曲げ片21を形成し、該折
曲げ片21,21間の溝22を該折曲げ片21が
前記支柱5の表裏両側面に外嵌する巾に設定し、
該溝22内上端には前記支柱5の係合部4に係合
するフツク6を取付けるとともに、溝22内下端
には前記巾木3の係合孔1に上方から係合するフ
ツク7を下方に突設してなる外被部材8と、から
なるものであつて、その詳細は第1図において具
体的に例示される。即ち巾木3は上面側端に係合
孔1を設ければよいのであるが、例えばこの係合
孔1として巾木3の上面両側に長さ方向に形成し
た突条9,9内の凹溝10底面に設けてなる支柱
取付用の金具装着用孔11の側端面を切欠して凹
設し、該凹設部分と金具12の側端面とで形成さ
れる空間を係合孔1として用いており、次いで間
仕切用パネル取付用支柱5は、図例の如く、巾木
3の前記装着用孔11に取付けた支柱取付け金具
12、即ち巾木3上面の開口から露出してなる天
板13両側に脚板14を下設してなる天板13上
面へ支柱5下端に嵌合固定しうる柱状支柱取付部
材15を立設し又天板13適所へ地レール2に立
設したアジヤスターボルト嵌挿用の通孔を設けて
なるとともに脚板14,14と直交する天板13
の位置に巾木受用突条17を形成してなる支柱取
付金具12の支柱取付部材15に下端を嵌合して
固定可能とし、その上端には一方即ち図中右側に
は間仕切用パネル18側端面上部に突設したフツ
クを係合する為の係合孔19を設け、他面には断
面略コ型の該支柱5の側端面に開放状20を残し
て両端縁を対向する方向に折曲形成した折曲げ片
上端を一部切欠し、その段部が係合孔19の下端
と同一位置にあるように設定したフツク用の係合
部4を有するものである。図例の支柱5は、間仕
切用パネル18を取付ける為に便利なように、一
方の側面を開放状20とした支柱5を用いている
関係上、実施例の如き本間仕切用パネル18端の
外被部構造における支柱例を開示しているが、こ
こにおけるフツク用の係合部4は単なる係合孔で
も又実施例の如き係合用の段部でも適用は可能と
なる。これら間仕切用パネル取付用支柱5の外面
を外被する外被部材8は第1図並びに第2図によ
つて、その構造がわかる如く、支柱5外面を外被
しうる巾を内部に有する部材であつて断面略コ型
部材が用いられその開放端両端縁を対向する方向
に折曲するともに、その端縁をやや内方に折曲し
て折曲げ片21,21を形成し、該両折曲げ片2
1,21間の溝22の巾を前記支柱5の表裏両側
面に外嵌するように設定し、該溝22内の上端に
は前記支柱5の外側面に設けた係合部4に係合し
うる下向きフツク6を取付けるとともに、該溝2
2内の下端には前記巾木3の凹溝10内上面に設
けた係合孔1に上方から係入しうるフツク7を下
方に突設したものであつて、図中において23と
して示すものは、前記間仕切用パネル取付用支柱
5としての外面に開放状20を設けたものにおい
ては該外被部材8と支柱5との係合関係をより強
固並びに安定化さふ為に設けた振れ止め用の部材
である。即ち、外被部材8の上端のフツク6を支
柱5の上端の係合部4に係合させるとともに、下
端のフツク7を巾木3の凹溝10内側端の係合孔
1に係合させて取付けた状態で、前記振れ止め用
の部材23は、第2図の断面図で理解される如く
支柱5の開放状20に嵌入でき、しかも嵌入した
状態で振れ止め部材23の外側方向へ弾性拡開す

れ、しかも上下のフツクによつて支柱外面側へ簡
単に係合.取付けされるとともにその取付けられ
た後は上下のフツクが確実に嵌入.固定されてい
ることから強固であり、これらの組立作業は簡単
且つ迅速で外観上も美麗となる。また支柱の外面
側略半分が外被部材の溝内に収容されるととも
に、支柱の表裏両側面に外被部材の両折曲げ片が
外観しているので、該支柱に対して外被部材の表
裏方向への移動を確実に規制することができ、更
に外被部材は上部を通常のフツク、下部を下端か
ら下方へ突設したフツクとなし、それぞれ支柱の
上部の係合部と巾木の上面側端の係合孔に落とし
