本考案は2サイクルエンジンのマフラガスケツ

(従来の技術)
第1図は従来の2サイクルエンジンの要部をリ
コイルスタータ側から見た説明図、第2図は第1
図の−矢視断面図である。図において、1は
シリンダで、排気ポート2には、アスベスト製の
ガスケツト3、アルミ製または鉄製の遮熱板4を
介して、マフラ5がボルト6等により取付けられ
ている。図示せぬフライホイールによつて発生し
た冷却風は導風板を兼ねたエンジンカバー7によ
つて案内されてシリンダ1周辺を通過するが、こ
の際シリンダ1方向へ冷却風を導くために、遮熱
板4の下端部4aはシリンダ1方向へ曲げられる
と共に、マフラ5からの熱を遮断するために、遮
熱板4の巾はシリンダ1の巾とほぼ等しい巾を有

(課題を解決するための手段)
マフラガスケツトを排気管フランジ面とほヾ平

スケツトの下端縁をシリンダ側に折曲げ、冷却風
に対する案内部を形成する。マフラガスケツトを

(考案の効果)
本考案による2サイクルエンジンのマフラガス

を形状保持機能を有する耐熱材料により構成し、
同マフラガスケツトを排気管フランジ面とほヾ平
行な方向で、エンジンカバー、フアンカバー等の
導風板に近接する位置まで拡張し、且つ同マフラ
ガスケツトの下端縁をシリンダ側に屈曲させて冷
却風を案内する案内部を形成して、冷却風ガイド
と導熱板とを兼用したことにより、次の効果を生

持機能を有する耐熱材料により構成し、同マフラ
ガスケツトを排気管フランジ面とほヾ平行な方向
でエンジンカバー、フアンカバー等の導風板に近
接する位置まで拡張し、且つ同マフラガスケツト
の下端縁をシリンダ側に屈曲させて冷却風を案内
する案内部を形成して、冷却風ガイドと遮熱板と
を兼用したことを特徴とする2サイクルエンジン
