いた。Therefore, as shown in FIG. 10, by using a second support member 90 formed in a curved shape and extending the ceiling plate 91, which also has a curved shape, to the bottom of the second support member 90, the three-dimensional effect is created. However, currently, as shown in the figure, a plurality of base materials 92 are arranged perpendicularly to the bottom of the second support member 90, and these base materials 9
Since the ceiling board 91 consisting of a board 91a as a base material and a decorative material 91b as a surface finishing material was to be attached to the bottom of the base material 2..., it became necessary to attach it along the curved shape. The period was long (and the construction cost was high. Moreover, in order to improve the fixity of the ceiling board 91,
Since a large amount of base material 92 for pasting is required, not only is the efficiency of construction further hindered, but the cost is also high, and the ceiling in particular becomes heavy, resulting in inconvenience.

。To achieve the above object, the present invention provides first support members that are attached to the lower part of the suspension device and are spaced apart from each other in the horizontal direction; a plurality of second support members, and a ceiling plate each disposed to cover a space formed by the first support member and the second support member, and the ceiling plate includes a plurality of second support members, The ceiling board is spanned so that the end facing the second support member rests on the support member, and the end facing the second support member engages with the support member, thereby regulating the deflection of the ceiling board. In the ceiling structure, some of the second support members are formed in a curved shape when viewed from the side, and a ceiling plate that engages with the second support member formed in the curved shape is also the same. The gist is a ceiling structure characterized by being curved and incorporated along a support member.

As shown in these figures, this ceiling structure includes, as a hanging device 1, shapes 2 spaced apart in the horizontal direction, and multiple sets of hanging fittings 3 attached to each of these shapes 2. It is equipped with Each of the metal fittings 3 consists of a hanging bolt 3a and a hanger 3b attached to the lower end of the pole 1-33, and a large number of these metal fittings 3 are also arranged in a direction perpendicular to the profile 2. A plurality of first support members 10 are arranged below and away from the shaped material 2 so as to be perpendicular to the shaped material 2 when viewed from above, and these support the hanging fittings 3. It is fixed at the lower end of... As shown in an enlarged view in FIG. 4, each of these first support members 10 includes a vertical web 12 having a reinforcing flange 11 at its upper end, and a flange 13 at its lower end, and , both ends of the flange 13 are provided with upwardly directed projections 14.14. These first support members 10 are arranged at the same height with their extension directions facing horizontally, and are spaced apart from each other in the horizontal direction. Said first support member 1
0...Ceiling boards are spanned across all areas except where the lighting fixtures 18 are placed. These ceiling panels are of two types, one of which is a conventional flat first ceiling panel 20 and the other is a curved second ceiling panel 25 according to the present invention. The first ceiling plate 20 is formed of rock wool to have a rectangular planar shape, and one opposing end thereof is formed with the flange 13.1.
Each pair of engagement grooves 21.21 provided on the other opposing end of the ceiling plate 20.3 rests on the adjacent ceiling plate 20.
They are arranged to face each other at a distance of 20. A second support member 30 made of a shaped material is installed between adjacent first ceiling panels 20.20. Each second support member 30
consists of upper and lower flanges 31.32 and a web 33 between them, the flanges 32 at the lower ends thereof respectively engage the adjacent engagement grooves 21.21, and the web 33 1 Projects upward from between the ceiling panels 20.20.

Like the first ceiling board 20, rock wool is used for each second ceiling board 25, which serves as a decorative, soundproof, and heat insulating material.
As shown by the solid line in the figure, the original shape is flat, but when an external force is applied, it is bent into a curved shape with a -like radius as shown by the two-dot chain line in the figure. Although this bending is done on-site in this embodiment, it may be done in advance at a factory or the like. Does the second ceiling plate 25 engage with both sides thereof? Equipped with JS26,26. A large number of these second ceiling plates 25 are arranged between the first support members 10 and 10 in the direction in which the members extend. A large number of second support members 40 are arranged between these second ceiling plates 25. This second support member 40, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4,
The second support member 40 consists of a long profile with an inverted cross section with a longitudinal web 41 and a flange 42 at the lower end, which also has exactly the same curvature as the second ceiling panel 25. It is pre-bent into a curved shape. The second support members 40 are arranged such that both ends thereof do not rest on each flange 13, 13 of the first support member 10, but are close to them,
The flanges 42, 42 on both sides of the support member 40 are
As shown in the figure, it fits into the engagement groove 26.26 of the adjacent second ceiling plate 25.25. As a result, the second ceiling plates 25 are maintained in a curved shape without bending, and both ends of the second ceiling plates 25 are fixed to the first support as shown in FIG. Projection 14 of member 10.10.
It rests on top of 14 so that it does not shift. The second support member 40 has a web 4 as shown in FIG.
Two holes 43.43 are provided one behind the other in the middle in the direction of extension of 1, and a clip 46 made of a thick wire rod hung on a hanging member 45 with a C-shaped cross section is hooked into these holes 43.43. There is. The hanging member 45 is a hanging bolt 4
The lower end protrusions of the clips 46, which are held from below by the lower ends of the hanging fittings 4 consisting of the hanger 4a and the hanger 4b, and which are arranged in the direction of extension of the shape material 45, are connected to the holes 43 and 43 of the second support members 40, respectively. is stuck on. As a result, the second support member 40 and the second ceiling plate 25 are suspended so as not to lose their shape, and furthermore, their movement in the horizontal direction is restricted.

。As described above, in the ceiling structure according to the present invention, some of the second support members are formed in a curved/curved shape when viewed from the side, and the ceiling plate that engages with the support members is also shaped like the second support member. Since it is incorporated in a curved shape along the second support member, it is similar to pasting the ceiling board to the bottom of multiple base materials arranged perpendicular to the bottom of the second support member, as in the past. Unlike previous models, it is now possible to attach curved ceiling panels exclusively by engagement without using a base material. This eliminates the need for the above-mentioned sacrificial paste construction, shortening the construction period and reducing construction costs, and also makes it possible to obtain lightweight ceilings since there is no need for base material for sacrificial pasting. In the first embodiment, the second ceiling plate 25 and the second support member 40 were installed in an upwardly convex shape, but as seen in this second embodiment, the second ceiling plate 25 and the second support member 40 are installed in a downwardly convex shape. The ceiling plate 27 and the second support member 44 may be installed to form a corrugated ceiling surface as a whole together with the upwardly convex second ceiling plate 25. Similarly, the corrugated ceiling surface may be formed long. Therefore, they may be arranged consecutively. Said second support member 4
