ものである。(Object of the Invention) The present invention replaces such conventional folding doors by eliminating the need for a door pocket and allowing only the necessary doors to be folded and opened. It is an object of the present invention to provide a rail device for a folding door that is most suitable for a folding door that is stably held in the shape of a folding door. The upper and lower rail devices are composed of inner and outer rails, and the inner rail is inserted into the outer rail so that it can move freely in the longitudinal direction and can be inserted into the outer rail so that it can be inserted into the outer rail. This is carried out using a pressing force, and the movement and protrusion and depression of the inner rail are performed by a plurality of rotating arms that connect the inner soft rails. An elongated groove-shaped inner rail provided with pressure receiving portions at both ends is inserted into a groove of an outer rail that is slightly longer than the inner rail, and multiple rotations are made in the longitudinal direction between the inner and outer rails. The arms are installed and fixed in a spaced manner, and the inner rail can be freely moved and retracted in the longitudinal direction within the fixed outer rail, and the pressing receiving part of the inner rail is a pressing part of a folding door guided in the inner rail groove. The gist of this invention is a rail device for a folding door, which is characterized in that it can freely come into contact with the rail device.

In addition to forming a soft groove 26, the front and rear side plates 23.2
The upper ends of the grooves 4 are formed by integrally molding the front and rear horizontal fin portions 27 and 28, which extend horizontally in the front and rear (i.e., outward with respect to the groove opening). After being integrally molded into a long cross-sectional shape, pressure receiving portions 29 are provided at both ends in the longitudinal direction. The pressure receiving part 29 is made of an extruded aluminum alloy material having a U-shaped cross section, and is cut into a relatively short length to match the groove depth of the inner soft groove 26.
Insert into both ends of the inner soft groove 26 in the longitudinal direction and attach with screws (3 in the figure).

In this embodiment, the left end hanging stile 42 has this amount of movement (clearance) within the left vertical frame 8. Here, the hanging frame 42 is urged in the closing direction by a later-described urging device 50 interposed between it and the left vertical frame 8, but it is impossible to pull it laterally against this urging force. The above-mentioned movement is possible by relying on the biasing force or, conversely, by relying on the biasing force.

Reference numeral 5 indicates an L-shaped angle serving as a pressure receiving portion provided at both ends of the inner rail 44 in the longitudinal direction, 46 indicates an outer rail, 47 indicates an outer rail groove, and 48
49 is a synthetic resin washer that is interposed as necessary, and the rotating arm 5 is provided near both longitudinal ends of the outer rail groove 47. On the other hand, numeral 50 in FIG. 5 is a leaf spring type biasing device, and the nucleus pulposus biasing device 5
0 is interposed between the left end hanging stile 42 and the left vertical frame 8, and biases the door body 1o in the closing direction. As a result,
When extended and closed, each door body 10 is always pushed in the closing direction, and the pressing portion 41 of the right end door stopper stile 43 continues to press the pressing receiving portion 29 of the inner rail 3. Become. Therefore, the inner rail 3 will not return to the opening direction and fall due to unexpected force such as vibration, and the door body 10 will not open unexpectedly. On the other hand, when the door body 10 is to be opened, the inner rail 3 may be reversely operated by pulling the door body 10 and the door stop stile 43 sideways with a force that exceeds this biasing force. In addition.

It is also possible to guide it along a curved line. When the folding door is to be opened with both hands facing each other, the rail devices may be arranged to face each other on the left and right, and when the door is to be installed in tandem, they may be arranged in series. Additionally, the rail device of the present invention can be applied not only to a door having a large number of door bodies as shown in the figure, but also to a folding door having two door bodies, such as a folding door for a bathroom.

ものとすることが可能である。(Effects of the Invention) In the switchgear of the present invention, the long groove-shaped inner rail provided with pressure receiving portions at both ends in the longitudinal direction is inserted into the groove of the outer rail, which is slightly longer than the inner rail. At the same time, a plurality of rotating arms are installed and fixed in a spaced manner in the longitudinal direction between the inner and outer rails, so that the inner rail can be freely moved and retracted in the longitudinal direction within the fixed outer rail, and the pressing receiving portion of the inner rail is Since it can freely come into contact with the pressing part of the folding door guided in the inner rail groove, the folding door guided in the inner rail groove can be closed by the protrusion and depression of the inner rail by the rotating 7-m. In the closed state, the end of the door body is stably held in the inner rail groove in a wrapped state, and when opening, the holding state can be released as a whole, so all the door bodies can be moved toward the door compartment side. There is no need to move and fold them one after another; for example, they can be folded from the door stop side. Therefore, only the necessary number of sheets can be opened to go in and out, and they can be opened and closed easily. .
