Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 被検体の表面に複数のスリツト光像を投影する
    光像投影手段と、該スリツト光像を撮像して２値
    画像を生成する２値画像生成手段と、該２値画像
    から各スリツト光像の縁線データを抽出する縁線
    データ抽出手段と、該縁線データに基づき隣接す
    る縁線間の偏差を算出して該偏差に基づき被検体
    の平滑性を評価する評価手段とを備えることを特
    徴とする平滑性評価装置。
