Claims (1)

二のリテーナと、前記第二のリテーナにより支持
された弾性ヒンジにより枢支された一対の入力ア
ーム及び一対の出力アームを有し前記入力アーム
は前記圧電素子の他端に当接する第一の変位拡大
機構と、一端にて前記出力アームの先端に枢着さ
れ他端にて互いに枢着されると共に前記出力部材
に枢動連結された一対のリンクを有する第二の変
位拡大機構とを含み、前記出力アームは前記圧電
素子の他端より一端の方向へ延在し、前記軸線の
周りに前記アーム部より角方向に偏位されている
