Claims (1)
- 透明シート上に形成した透明電極と、該透明電
極に対向させて設置した背面電極と、これらの電
極間に介設した発光層とを備えてなるエレクトロ
ルミネツセンス素子において、前記透明電極が、
前記透明シート上に薄膜形成した低抵抗の第１電
極と、該第１電極上に厚膜形成した高抵抗の第２
電極とからなることを特徴とするエレクトロルミ
ネツセンス素子。
