Description of the Related Art In a turret punch press, as shown in FIG. 5, an upper turret 1 and a lower turret 2 are installed concentrically on a frame 3, and various punches 4 and dies 5 are provided on the upper turret 1 and the lower turret 2. It is provided in the indexing station. The punch 4 is connected to the ram 6 at a predetermined punch position P and driven up and down. The plate-shaped work W is fed back and forth and left and right on the work table 8 by the work holder 7 so that the desired position is located at the punch position P. Work holder 7
Is attached to a cross slide 10, and the cross slide 10 is installed on the frame 3 so as to be movable left and right (X direction) on a carriage 9 which is movable back and forth (Y direction).

Therefore, for example, as shown in FIGS. 6A to 6D, when the burring molding portion 11, the dowel molding portion 12, the louver molding portion 13, and the like are molded, the reverse of the case of the drilling. The die 5, which is the lower die, has a convex shape so that the forming portions 11 to 13 are formed on the work W in an upward direction. In this case, since the stroke of the ram 6 is constant, the punch 4 is shortened and the die 5
The upper surface position (die height) is set higher than the die for punching by the forming height H (FIG. 6D) of the forming portions 11 to 13. That is, the work W by the work table 8
The height H is higher than the mounting surface 8a.

The die raising / lowering means for raising / lowering the die from below the lower turret is provided so as to act on one location of the rotation trajectory of the die accompanying the rotation of the lower turret. According to this configuration,
By rotating the turret and moving the molding die to a position corresponding to the die raising / lowering means, the die can be raised / lowered by the die raising / lowering means. Therefore, it is not necessary to provide die raising / lowering means for each die, and it is possible to raise / lower a plurality of dies only by providing one die raising / lowering means for the turret.

As a result, the die elevating means can be arranged without being caught by the hole or the turret in which the die is arranged.
In other words, there is less restriction on the layout range of the die lifting means,
The range that can be covered expands. Further, the die lifting means is
It may be configured by an advancing / retreating member having a slanting surface portion on which the projecting portion can be mounted and a horizontal plane portion continuing to the upper end of the slanting surface portion, and capable of advancing / retreating in the horizontal direction, and an actuator for advancing / retreating the advancing / retreating member. In this configuration, the die is not directly moved up and down but indirectly moved up and down by the inclined surface of the advancing / retreating member and can be placed on the horizontal surface portion in the ascended state. The actuator can reliably maintain the die in the raised position.

7a, the base end side portion is a horizontal surface portion 17b. Due to the inclined surface portion 17a and the horizontal surface portion 17b, the advancing / retreating member 17 has a trapezoidal shape (FIG. 2B) in a side view. The actuator 18 is composed of a fluid pressure cylinder, and the front end of its piston rod is connected to the rear end of the advancing / retreating member 17 by a connecting member 43. Actuator 18
Is attached to the frame 3 via the mounting base 44 so that the whole is located below the lower turret 2 at a position closer to the center of the lower turret 2 with respect to the punch position P. Thus, by housing the actuator 18 below the lower turret 2, the actuator 18 does not project outside the turret, and the entire machine becomes compact. It should be noted that the advancing / retreating member 17 is provided with sensors 45, 46 for detecting the forward end and the backward end thereof, respectively.
A proximity sensor or the like that detects the connecting member 17 is used as the unit 6. Further, a chip prevention guide 48 is attached to the tip end surface of the advancing / retreating member 17, and a chip prevention guide 49 facing the chip prevention guide 48 is provided on the frame 3 via an adjusting screw 50. Also,
Projection 2 of each die 5 for molding provided on the lower turret 2.
9a is provided at the center of the die holder 25,
Moreover, they are arranged so as to follow the same rotation locus L.

Except when performing the forming process, that is, during the normal drilling process or rotation of the turret, the advancing / retreating member 17 is retracted to the retracted position out of the slag discharge hole 37 as shown by the solid line in FIG. deep. When performing the forming process, after the turret is indexed and rotated, the advancing / retreating member 17 is advanced to the advancing end by the actuator 18, as shown in FIG. 2 or as shown by the chain line in FIG. 4 (B). Along with this forward movement, the protruding portion 29a on the lower surface of the molding die 5 rides up on the inclined surface portion 17a of the advancing / retreating member 17 and moves on the horizontal surface portion 17b. Therefore, the die die part 5a of the die 5 rises together with the die holder 25 against the return spring 31a, and the upper end of the die die part 5a is held at a working height slightly higher than the die height DH for drilling. . When the advancing / retreating member 17 advances to the advancing end, the front / rear portion of the advancing / retreating member 17 crosses the slag discharge hole 37 and rests on the punch reaction force receiving member 36. Therefore, the pressing force of the punch 4 at the time of molding is received by the punch reaction force receiving member 36 from the die holder 25 and the protruding portion 29 a via the advancing / retreating member 17. Since the advancing / retreating member 17 is provided at the punch position P, it can be moved up and down with respect to any die 5 of the lower turret 2. When the forming process is completed, the advancing / retreating member 17 is retracted again, and the die holder 25 is lowered by gravity and forced return by the return spring 31a, so that the upper end surface of the die die part 5a is submerged below the die height DH. As a result, it is possible to prevent the back surface of the work from being scratched by the molding die 5 and to prevent the work from flapping when the work is fed, so that the work can be fed without lowering the feeding speed.

A plurality of dies 5 can be moved up and down only by providing individual die elevating means 16. Therefore, it is not necessary to provide the die raising / lowering means or the actuator for each of the molding dies 5, and the structure is simple and the cost can be reduced. Further, since the die 5 is not directly moved up and down from below, but is indirectly moved up and down by the advancing and retracting member 17, the punch load of the die 5 does not act on the actuator 18, and the die 5 is surely moved to the raised position during the molding process. Can be maintained at. Further, since the protrusions 29a of the respective molding dies 5 provided on the lower turret 2 are both provided at the center of the die holder 25 and arranged so as to follow the same rotation locus L, a plurality of moldings are formed. The die 5 can be raised and lowered without any problem even if the die holder 25 and the like have different sizes. Moreover, since the center of the die holder 25 is pushed and moved up and down, there is no eccentricity of the die holder 25, and the die 5 can be smoothly moved up and down.

Since the turret is provided, a plurality of dies can be raised and lowered by providing only one die raising / lowering means for the turret. In this configuration, a protrusion may be provided at the bottom of the die, and the die elevating means may be configured to act on the protrusion. As a result, the die elevating means can be arranged without being caught by the hole or the turret in which the die is arranged, the restriction on the arrangement range of the die elevating means is reduced, and the arrangeable range is expanded. The die raising / lowering means may be configured by an advancing / retreating member having an inclined surface portion and a flat surface portion on which the projecting portion can be mounted, and an actuator for driving the advancing / retreating portion. With such a configuration, the die having a small output can reliably maintain the die in the raised position.
