Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも一つの入口ポートと、少なくとも一つの出口ポートと、ハウジ ングと、入口及び出口ポートに流体連通したポンプ装置とを有するロータリポン プ組立体であって、前記ポンプ装置はポンプ駆動部材を含み、前記ポンプ駆動部 材は電動モータの回転子に接続された回転軸に装着され、ハウジングの一部分は 軸とモータの回転子との間で放射方向に配置され且つモータの固定子がそれに装 着されているロータリポンプ組立体。 2.固定子はハウジングの外面に装着される請求の範囲第1項記載のロータリ ポンプ組立体。 3.ハウジングはヒートシンクである請求の範囲第1項又は第2項記載のロー タリポンプ組立体。 4.熱伝導材料をハウジングの外面と固定子との間に設けた請求の範囲第3項 記載のロータリポンプ組立体。 5.流体供給部を少なくとも一つの入口ポートへ接続する流体空洞をハウジン グ内に設けた請求の範囲第1項ないし第4項の何れか一項記載のロータリポンプ 組立体。 6.流体空洞は軸の外面の一部及びハウジングの内壁により画成される請求の 範囲第5項記載のロータリポンプ組立体。 7.ハウジングの内壁は熱伝導フィンを含む請求の範囲第6項記載のロータリ ポンプ組立体。 8.流体空洞は電動モータの回転子と軸との間で全体的に放射方向に配置され る請求の範囲第5項ないし第7項の何れか一項記載のロータリポンプ組立体。 9.電動モータの操作制御回路が電動モータの回転子と軸との間で放射方向に ハウジングへ装看される請求の範囲第1項ないし第8項の何れか一項記載のロー タリポンプ組立体。 10.回路の構成要素の少なくとも一つはハウジングと熱的接触する請求の範囲 第9項及び第3項記載のロータリポンプ組立体。 11.電動モータの回転子は軸線方向延出磁石部分と、軸線方向延出磁石部分を 軸へ接続する放射方向延出部分とを含み、前記回路は軸と、回転子の軸線方向延 出部分と、放射方向延出部分とにより画成された空間で配置される請求の範囲第 9項又は第10項記載のロータリポンプ組立体。 12.ポンプ装置は回転キャリア中に配置された複数個のローラ翼及び関連カム 部材を有する請求の範囲第1項ないし第11項の何れか一項記載のロータリポン プ組立体。 13.ポンプ装置は回転キャリア中に配置された複数個の平板羽根及び関連カム 部材を有する請求の範囲第1項ないし第11項の何れか一項記載のロータリポン プ組立体。 14.ポンプ装置は複数個のギヤ部材を含む請求の範囲第1項ないし第11項の 何れか一項記載のロータリポンプ組立体。 15.ポンプ装置は少なくとも一つのピストンを含み、ポンプ駆動部材は回転軸 に装着された斜板又はカムである請求の範囲第1項ないし第11項の何れか一項 記載のロータリポンプ組立体。 16.電動モータと一体化された請求の範囲第1項ないし 第15項の何れか一項記載のロータリポンプ組立体。 17.車両のパワーステアリングシステムでの使用のために構成された請求の範 囲第1項ないし第16項の何れか一項記載のロータリポンプ組立体。
