Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.発光体ならびに封入ガスを含むガラス球を備え、発光体が2本のリード線に よって外部電気リード線に結合されるハロゲン白熱電球において、3つのパラメ ータ即ちガラス球寸法、発光体寸法及び封入ガス特性が、ガラス球の内部では対 流が大幅に回避されるように協働させられることを特徴とするハロゲン白熱電球 。 2.ガラス球は硬質ガラス球又は石英ガラスから構成されていることを特徴とす る請求項1記載のハロゲン白熱電球。 3.発光体は少なくともほぼ円筒状に成形され、その場合長手軸線が規定され、 発光体の最大横方向伸長部とガラス球の内壁との間の距離は発光体に対応させる ことのできるラングミュア層より小さいか又は同じであることを特徴とする請求 項1記載のハロゲン白熱電球。 4.ガラス球は円筒状に成形され、このガラス球の内径は低電圧ランプの場合3 〜12mmの大きさであり、一方この内径は高電圧ランプ又は中電圧ランプの場 合6〜15mmの大きさであることを特徴とする請求項3記載のハロゲン白熱電 球。 5.ガラス球の封入容積は低電圧ランプの場合0.05〜1cm3の大きさであ り、高電圧ランプの場合15cm3までの大きさであることを特徴とする請求項 3又は4記載のハロゲン白熱電球。 6.封入ガスはハロゲン含有物質を微少量添加された不活性ガスであり、その場 合封入ガス圧は、封入ガスによって生ぜしめられた熱伝導損失がランプ構造が規 定されている場合に圧力と共に弱く変わる第1の圧力範囲の上限近傍に位置する ように選定され、その場合この圧力範囲は同じランプ構造の場合に熱伝導損失が 圧力と共に強く、特に第1の圧力範囲の場合より2倍以上強く変わるような第2 の圧力範囲の下に位置することを特徴とする請求項1記載のハロゲン白熱電球。 7.冷封入ガス圧は0.1〜5barのオーダであることを特徴とする請求項6 記載のハロゲン白熱電球。 8.発光体は、直径が200μmより小さい、特に100μmより小さいフィラ メント線から構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のハロゲン白熱電球 。 9.発光体は一重又は二重に螺旋巻きされていることを特徴とする請求項8記載 のハロゲン白熱電球。 10.発光体は長さが直径より1.5倍以上、特に2倍以上大きい少なくともほ ぼ円筒体を形成していることを特徴とする請求項9記載のハロゲン白熱電球。 11.発光体は円筒状ガラス球の内部に軸線方向又は横方向に配置されているこ とを特徴とする請求項1記載のハロゲン白熱電球。 12.ランプの色温度は約2400〜3400Kであることを特徴とする請求項 1記載のハロゲン白熱電球。 13.効率は51m/W以上であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のハロゲン白 熱電球。 14.ランプは片側挟搾形低電圧ランプであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至1 3の1つに記載のハロゲン白熱電球。 15.ランプは中電圧ランプ又は高電圧ランプであることを特徴とする請求項1 乃至13の1つに記載のハロゲン白熱電球。 16.ランプは片側又は両側を挟搾されていることを特徴とする請求項15記載 のハロゲン白熱電球。 17.封入ガス圧は、封入ガスによって生ぜしめられた熱伝導損失がランプ構造 が規定されている場合に圧力と共に弱く変わるような第1の圧力範囲の上限近傍 に位置するように選定され、その場合この圧力範囲は同じランプ構造の場合に熱 伝導損失が圧力と共に強く、特に第1の圧力範囲の場合より2倍以上強く変わる ような第2の圧力範囲の下に位置することを特徴とするハロゲン白熱電球の製造 方法。
