Claims (3)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 スラブを粗圧延機によって粗圧延し、次
いで、粗圧延された粗バーを連続熱間仕上圧延機によっ
て仕上げ圧延して、所定厚さの熱延鋼帯を製造する熱延
鋼帯の圧延方法において、 前記粗圧延機と前記仕上圧延機との間に、粗バー平坦度
矯正装置、粗バー加熱装置およびサイドガイドを設け、
更に、前記粗バー平坦度矯正装置の入側および出側に反
り検出器を設け、前記反り検出器によって検出された粗
バーの反り量に基づいて、前記平坦度矯正装置により前
記粗バーの平坦度不良を矯正し、このようにして平坦度
不良が矯正された前記粗バーを、前記粗バー加熱装置に
よってその幅方向全体にわたり加熱し、そして、前記サ
イドガイドによって、前記粗バーを、その幅方向中心線
が前記平坦度矯正装置および前記粗バー加熱装置の各中
心線に一致するように案内することを特徴とする、熱延
鋼帯の圧延方法。
