Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent oil from running short by providing a groove around a drill body. SOLUTION: By providing a groove with an angle around a drill body to which oil is put, this groove acts as a pump when the drill is rotated, and oil is fed into a hole while cutting the hole, and a great effect is gained in cutting a deep hole and durability of a knife edge is improved. A conventional drill runs short of oil as hole cutting proceeds, and durability of a knife edge and cutting performance are poor. This device was made to solve these problem of running short of oil and durability. To explain this referring to drawings, a groove with an angle (2) into which oil is put is provided around a portion of a relief of the edge of the drill body (1). With this structure, the drill body is mounted on a machine for use, and a cutting oil is flowed into the drill body as the conventional drill.

た。本案は、この油切れや、耐久性を解消するために考
案されたものである。これを図面について説明すればド
リル本体(1)の刃のニゲの部分の周囲に角度をつけた
油の入る溝(2)をそれぞれ入れる。本案はこのような
構造であるから、これを使用する時には、ドリル本体を
機械に取り付け、切削油をドリル本体に流して従来のド
リルと同じように使用すればよい。
