Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cleaning agent having a strong degerming cleaning function and suitable foaming ability, capable of easily decomposing and removing a body fluid and at the same time surely killing microbes and viruses by compounding hypochlorite with specific 5 kinds of supplementary agents. SOLUTION: This cleaning agent is obtained by compounding (a) an alkyldiphenyletherdisulfonic acid salt, (b) an anionic surfactant consisting of an alkylphenylethersulfonate salt, (c) a hypochlorite, (d) a polyacrylic acid salt (a metal chelating agent), (e) a silicate (a metal corrosion inhibitor) and (f) an alkali hydroxide (a pH adjusting agent). The components (a)+(b) are preferably added in an amount of 1-20wt.% based on the component (c), and the weight ratio (a)/(b) is preferably 5-20. The components (d) and (e) are added in the amounts of 1-10wt.% and 1-20wt.% based on the component (c), respectively. The component (a) is preferably a compound of formula I (R1 is a 12-14C alkyl), and the component (b) is preferably the compound of formula II [R2 is a 8-18C alkyl; (n)=2-5]. Further, the component (f) is preferably added in a range capable of adjusting the pH of the cleaning agent to 11-13.

2. Description of the Related Art Generally, as shown in FIG. 1, a microplate for medical examination has wells 2 which are a large number of circular recesses arranged vertically and horizontally on one side of a rectangular plate 1 made of synthetic resin or glass. These wells 2 are each provided with a body fluid such as blood or serum of a subject for one person in each row, and a required test reagent is dropped to perform blood type test, HB test, and HB test.
Various tests such as an antigen test and an HIV (AIDS virus) test are conducted, and after the test, the stains including the body fluid and the reagent adhering thereto are removed and then repeatedly used. However, stains at the time of inspection include bacteria and viruses in body fluids, and if these stains remain, they will naturally affect the next inspection and cause misdiagnosis, etc. Therefore, it is necessary to completely remove dirt and sterilize it in the above cleaning.

Detailed structure and action of the invention Among the essential components of the microplate disinfecting detergent for medical examination of the present invention, the hypochlorite of the component c has a strong oxidizing power (effective chlorine content in a commercially available aqueous solution is 12%). In addition to exhibiting a high bactericidal action based on this oxidizing power, it also has a cleaning action in the alkaline region, and a strong decomposition and removal action against protein-based stains that are generally insufficient to wash with alkaline detergents. Indicates. Sodium hypochlorite is suitable as such a hypochlorite. In addition, the compounding amount in the disinfectant detergent is from a to
It is preferable that the total amount of the active ingredient of f is 100% by weight, and it is about 10 to 50% by weight. If it is too small, the above-mentioned action cannot be sufficiently exhibited, and if it is too large, the action of other compounding ingredients is relatively large. Insufficient due to a decrease in the compounding ratio.

The alkyl diphenyl ether disulfonate of the component a and the alkyl phenyl ether sulfate ester of the component b are both anionic surfactants, but due to the synergistic effect of the combination of these two specific anionic surfactants, The appropriate foamability and cleaning power required for cleaning can be obtained, and excellent wettability to the microplate surface,
In addition, a high penetrating force against dirt adhering to the plate is exhibited, which makes it very easy to separate the bubbles from the wells, and the bubbles remain in the wells even when applied to the fully automatic microplate washing machine described above. The cleaning failure due to is surely prevented. Moreover, since the hypochlorite of the component c has a strong oxidizing power, it becomes unstable when mixed with a general surfactant and gradually decomposes to reduce the effective chlorine concentration. The anionic surfactants of the a-component and the b-component have a good affinity with hypochlorite, and therefore have an advantage of not impairing the stability of hypochlorite. Therefore,
The microplate disinfecting detergent for medical examinations of the present invention is excellent in storage stability and maintains a strong disinfecting detergent power for a long period of time.

The compounding amount of the alkyl diphenyl ether disulfonate of the component a and the alkyl phenyl ether sulfate ester of the component b is 1 to 20% by weight based on the total amount of the components and the hypochlorite of the component c. If the amount is too small, the cleaning power becomes insufficient, and conversely if the amount is too large, the foaming property of the disinfecting detergent becomes high, and the bubbles of the detergent tend to remain in the wells of the microplate. Become. Further, the mixing ratio of these a component and b component is 5 in terms of a / b weight ratio.
It is preferable to set it in the range of -20, and outside this range, there is a problem that the compatibility with hypochlorite deteriorates and precipitation of insoluble matter occurs. Particularly, when the amount of the component a is too small, the washing permeability for the body fluid stains adhering to the wells of the microplate becomes insufficient, and when the ratio of the component b becomes high, the foaming property becomes excessive, leading to poor washing, which is preferable. Absent.

As the metal chelating agent, the polyacrylic acid salt of the component d has a function of dissolving metal components such as calcium in the body fluid adhering to the wells of the microplate, and also acts as a cleaning aid. It is a thing. The polyacrylic acid salt is not particularly limited, but sodium polyacrylate is preferable, and those having an average molecular weight of about 6,000 to 10,000 are particularly preferable from the viewpoint of stability of the detergent and suppression of reduction of available chlorine. However, the amount of the polyacrylic acid salt compounded is preferably in the range of 1 to 10% by weight with respect to the hypochlorite of the component c. If it is too small, the sufficient effect cannot be exhibited, and if it is too large. However, it is uneconomical because it cannot be expected to have a greater effect.

As metal chelating agents other than polyacrylic acid salts, polyphosphoric acid salts, EDTA (ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid) salts, NTA (nitrilotriacetic acid) salts, etc. can be considered, but polyphosphoric acid salts are washed without phosphorus. It cannot be used as an agent, and EDTA salts and NTA salts have a problem that the available chlorine of hypochlorite is reduced.

On the other hand, the hypochlorite of the component c is corrosive to various metals in an aqueous solution, and if it is left as it is, it may corrode or corrode or discolor the metal washing tank or piping. In the disinfecting detergent of the invention, the silicate as the component e has a function of preventing metal corrosion due to hypochlorite. As such a silicate, sodium silicate and potassium silicate are preferable, but the compounding amount thereof is in the range of 1 to 20% by weight based on the hypochlorite of the component c from the viewpoint of the effect and solubility. Is good.

The alkali hydroxide of the component f is a PH which prevents the effective chlorine decomposition of the hypochlorite of the component c due to a decrease in PH.
It has a function as a regulator and a function for improving the cleaning property against stains of fats and lipids, and sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide are preferable. The amount of this alkali hydroxide blended is 11 to PH of the disinfecting detergent (product form).
The amount required to achieve a range of 13 is suitable.

This microplate disinfectant detergent for medical examinations has a strong disinfectant detergent power and an appropriate foaming property, and can easily decompose and remove body fluid components such as proteins and fats, and bacteria. You can definitely kill the virus
Moreover, since it has high wettability to the plate surface and penetrating power to stains, it can uniformly exert a strong disinfecting cleaning power on the entire plate without leaving air bubbles in the well, so it can be used for cleaning with a fully automatic microplate cleaning machine. Even if it is possible to reliably prevent cleaning failure due to residual air bubbles in the well,
It is characterized by good storage stability, little deterioration in sterilizing and detergency over time, and little corrosiveness with respect to metal, so that it is less likely to invade metal parts such as a washing tank and piping used for washing microplates.

From the results shown in Table 2 above, N containing an appropriate ratio of the a-component alkyl diphenyl ether disulfonate and the b-component alkyl phenyl ether sulfate ester salt.
o. 3 and No. 3 The disinfectant cleaning agent of No. 4 exhibits excellent disinfectant cleaning properties, can reliably prevent cleaning failure due to air bubbles remaining in the wells, has good storage stability, and maintains high disinfectant cleaning power for a long period of time. It can be seen that it has an ideal quality of being capable of corroding metal and not damaging metal parts such as a cleaning tank and piping. On the other hand, the one containing only the above-mentioned component a (No. 1) is slightly inferior in cleanability,
In the case where only the b component is mixed (No. 7), the foaming property is extremely high, which causes poor cleaning, and in the case where the b component is mixed in a large proportion (Nos. 2, 5, 6), cleaning is caused by residual air bubbles. It is clear that the deterioration of the sex is likely to occur. On the other hand, in the case of containing no polyacrylate (No. 8), the hardness component in water becomes an insoluble substance at the time of washing, the insoluble salt is deposited on the well surface, and white spots appear on the surface of the microplate after drying. In addition, the one containing no silicate (No. 9) has a problem that corrosion of the metal surface occurs.
