It is crushed in a predetermined manner through the collected hoppers and incinerated, and the block-shaped and coarse-grained incineration residue is selected as a resource for effective reuse.
Further, the incineration ash containing the residual heavy metals selected from the incineration residue is given a peptizing action together with the washing water by the peptizer, and is subjected to the loosening action to provide the washing action and the deposit removing action. , The so-called funnel viscosity is reduced to reduce stickiness and thickening, and the funnel viscosity is reduced by the vibrating sieve into upper and lower sieve parts. Is removed, and is subjected to predetermined effective use together with the above-mentioned incineration residue as a contaminant effective use component, the subsieve is subjected to solid-liquid separation through a filter press, and the liquid is stored in a predetermined manner to form a solidifying material such as cement. Hexavalent chromium, PCBs, heavy metals such as trichlorethylene, etc. must be added to the specified solidification treatment over time, and then subjected to specified landfill disposal, etc., without fail to contribute to pollution problems without pollution. Without processing In order to make materials such as incineration dust containing harmful substances and substances that can be effectively recycled into solid materials with a predetermined shape as raw materials, use a filter press with high solid-liquid separation performance, The coagulant is mixed to a predetermined concentration, and the filter plate is sandwiched through a filter cloth, and the inner surface is injected at a predetermined pressure in a cylindrical filter frame formed into a taper of a predetermined angle in the longitudinal direction, Therefore, a pressing pressure of a predetermined pressure is applied to the filter plate via a hydraulic cylinder or the like for solid-liquid separation, and the filter frame holding the block-shaped cake is moved to the processing site via the longitudinal transfer device in the opening frame process. Then, the processing site is tumbled by a tumbling device, and the block-shaped cake is discharged and dropped through the taper surface of the inner surface so as to be cut into a desired shape, and the specific gravity distribution of the block-shaped cake is changed with time in the processing. Change It is possible that the released cake is crushed, again made into a slurry with a predetermined coagulant, and again pressed into the filter frame between the filter plates to apply pressing pressure, In the process, the specific gravity distribution of the cake becomes uniform, and various components are securely confined and eluted when processed as a predetermined material by the next molding process or when it is landfilled. Without taking such measures, technical measures have been taken to ensure that it can function as a material.

It is expected that the slurry to be injected into the filter frames 3 ′ and 3 ″ will be in a considerable amount because it is considered that the slurry, the coagulant, and the heavy metal contained therein are contained in the solid-liquid separation process. , It is possible that it will settle according to the specific gravity distribution over time. For example, there is a possibility that the large specific gravity in the bottom part and the light specific gravity part in the upper part are offset, but in building materials etc. Unfavorable cases are predicted.

Block-shaped cakes 34, 34 obtained by solid-liquid separation once
'Is a block-shaped piece 34 "34""that has been cut is crushed with a coagulant 27 and water 22 by a mixer 35, and is uniformly mixed and stirred to form a new slurry of the waste material treatment device 8'. The block-shaped cakes 34 ″ and 34 ″ ′ are uniformly distributed over the entire area by pressurizing the inside of the filter frame 3 ′ and applying the pressing pressure again to secondarily perform solid-liquid separation. Is not removed from the incineration residue but adheres firmly and remains between the residues and is used for landfill disposal of the incineration residue, which elutes into groundwater over time and causes pollution problems and environmental harmony problems. In the invention of this application, since the incineration ash is separated from the incineration residue in which the heavy metals are mixed, and the incineration ash is separated from the incineration residue through the peptizing action, the heavy metals are surely incinerated. An excellent effect that it can be separated and removed from the residue, and that the incinerated ash can be solidified with a solidifying material such as cement over time, and can be reliably disposed of in landfills, thus causing no environmental pollution problems such as pollution problems. It is so.

At this time, using a filter press type processing device, the material is slurried in a cylindrical filter frame that is sandwiched between the filter plates, mixed with a coagulant such as cement, and pressed, and a predetermined pressing pressure is applied. In order to perform solid-liquid separation and release it as a block cake for processing such as cutting,
Unlike solid-liquid separation in which the cake has a mere predetermined water content ratio in the conventional mode, the cake can be discharged in blocks and discharged and solidified with time to obtain sliced or chip-shaped material materials. It is easy to process as a material such as electrical equipment and furniture, and it can be solidified to the desired strength over time. Moreover, it does not elute harmful metals contained in it, and it can be disposed of by landfill. Does not cause pollution problems, etc., resources can be reused effectively, and when precipitating and recovering contained active ingredients by chemical treatment, the solution can be dissolved as designed due to the low water content. That is an excellent effect.
