Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as shown in FIGS. 12 and 13, soccer shoes, golf shoes, etc. are constructed by providing a synthetic resin shoe sole 103 on the bottom of an upper 101 made of leather. There is. The above-mentioned shoe 100 is formed by sewing an upper member made of leather or the like to form an upper 101 and then shaping the upper 101 into a desired shoe shape. Then, the insole 102 is placed in the bottom opening of the upper 101, and the shoe sole side peripheral portion of the above-mentioned upper 101, that is, the suspending portion 105 is suspended from the outer periphery of the bottom of the insole 102. The suspended portion 105 of the upper 101 is suspended along the outer periphery of the bottom surface of the insole 102 and adhered thereto. The suspended portion 105 of the upper 101 is suspended and directly adhered to the bottom surface of the insole 102. There was a problem of thinning. Also, in a shoe of the type in which rubber or synthetic resin soles are attached to the bottom surface of the similarly configured upper by an adhesive, there is a step difference on the bottom of the upper, so The step is adjusted by sticking a filling member having substantially the same thickness inside. As a result, the labor required for the work is increased and the work efficiency is lowered. It is an object of the present invention to provide a shoe as described above with a structure capable of eliminating the protrusion or step of the hanging portion generated on the bottom surface of the instep, thereby making the injection-molded shoe sole uneven in thickness and sticking. This is to reduce the time and effort required to adjust the steps on the bottom of the instep that was necessary for the combined shoe sole.

The fastening recess 2a is a recess formed one step lower than the bottom surface of the insole 2. In the case of this embodiment, the insole 2 cut into a shoe sole mold is placed on a flat plate with the bottom surface facing up. It is formed by pressing the outer peripheral surface of the bottom surface of the bottom 2 from the bottom surface side with a mold formed in conformity with the shape of the fastening recess 2a and compressing. In the case of the insole 2, the thickness of the portion corresponding to the fastening recess 2a is compressed by pressing to approximately ½, and the depth of the fastening recess 2a formed by this is the depth of the upper 1 hanging portion 1a. It is configured to be approximately the same as the leather thickness of. Then, when the hanging portion 1a is applied to the fastening concave portion 2a and adhered to the fastening concave portion 2a, the surface of the hanging portion 1a and the bottom surface of the insole 2 are substantially flush with each other. I am doing it.

The inner peripheral surface of the bottom surface of the insole 2 is inclined by changing the wall thickness at the outer periphery of the bottom surface of the inner periphery of the inner periphery of the inner bottom 2 to form a retaining recess 2a 'along the inclined surface. 'Is designed to tilt somewhat outward. In the shoe a2 configured by inclining the fastening recess 2a ′ as described above, the upper surface of the shoe sole 3 is curved in a concave shape in cross section, so that the fixing property of the bottom surface of the upper 1 to the upper surface of the shoe sole 3 can be improved. it can.

A shoe sole made of rubber or synthetic resin may be bonded to the bottom surface of the leather with an adhesive (not shown). In this case, since there are no steps or depressions on the bottom surface of the instep, there is no need to attach a packing member to the bottom surface of the instep to adjust the step as in the conventional case. In addition, the adhesion area of the shoe sole to the bottom of the instep is maximized, and the gap in the joint surface is eliminated as much as possible to ensure reliable adhesion. The durability can be improved. The shoes targeted by the present invention are not limited to soccer shoes, and may be golf shoes or other shoes.

Therefore, the bottom surface of the instep can be made substantially flush with each other when the fastening of the hanging portion is completed. Therefore, when a synthetic resin shoe sole is injection-molded on the bottom surface of the instep, the shoe sole to be molded can be made to have a substantially constant wall thickness. It is possible to prevent the thickness of the product from becoming thin.
