-56531 and Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2-43024, a method of pulling and inserting the lining material made of a thermoplastic resin pipe over the entire length of the existing pipe while heating and softening it above the softening point. As disclosed in Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication (Kokai) No.-12911 or the like, the tip of the guide tube which is connected to the pressure vessel and forms the pressure space is arranged near the end of the existing tube such as the manhole, There is a reverse lining method that folds and fixes the end of the lining material and advances the reversal surface of the lining material into the existing pipe by the fluid pressure of the pressure space, inserts the lining material into the existing pipe and presses the entire inner surface of the existing pipe. Has been adopted.

When forming a synthetic resin pipe only in the damaged or deteriorated minimum necessary part, if you try to reversely insert the lining material only in that part, the folded end of the lining material will be inserted in the middle part of the existing pipe. In order to fix the part, it is necessary to arrange a guide pipe connected to the pressure vessel up to the middle part of the existing pipe to form a pressure space. However, it is not easy to arrange the guide pipe up to the middle part of the existing pipe, and it is difficult to form the synthetic resin pipe only in a necessary portion inside the existing pipe by the reverse lining method.

When the unnecessary portion is cut and discarded as described above, the amount of the lining material discarded increases, and the material is wasted.

The inner tube is made of a resin film having tensile strength inside the storage tube to which the attached sealing plate is attached, and the front end is opened and the rear end is sealed to accommodate the inner tube connected to the pressurized fluid outward path hose. Then, the front end opening of the inner tube is folded back and fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the front end of the support tube to form a pressure space between the storage tube and the inner tube, and the non-adhesive rubber or elastomer resin is used. Then, a ring-shaped hollow expander was fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the support tube, and a curable resin was impregnated into the inner tube of the lining jig that formed a pressurizing space connected to the pressurizing fluid hose. Made of flexible resin tube, for retracting inside Insert the lining material with the body sandwiched, fold back the tip of the lining material and temporarily fix it to the outer peripheral surface of the intermediate part of the hollow expander, and from the pressurized fluid outward hose to the inner tube and storage tube. While applying a constant pre-compression to the pressurizing space between the two, the retracting strip is pulled and inserted into a predetermined position in the existing pipe, and then the pressurizing fluid supply hose forms a hollow expander. The pressurized fluid is supplied to the space, the hollow expander is expanded to press the end of the lining material against the inner surface of the existing pipe to fix it, and the pressurized fluid is supplied from the forward passage of the pressurized fluid to the inner tube. -It is characterized in that the tube is inverted and inserted into the existing pipe, and the lining material is inverted and pressed against the inner surface of the existing pipe to cure.

The hollow expander forms a pressure space. Inner tube of lining jig having this pressure space and pressure space
Insert the lining material with the pulling belt sandwiched in the sleeve, fold back the tip of the lining material, and temporarily fix to the outer peripheral surface of the intermediate portion of the hollow expander. When inserting the lining material to a predetermined position in the existing pipe, a preload of a constant pressure is applied to the pressure space, the inner tube presses the outer surface of the lining material, and the pull-in belt is sandwiched by the lining material. The body is fixed to the lining material, and the pulling band is pulled to move the lining material fixed to the lining jig to a predetermined position in the existing pipe.

Pressurized fluid is supplied, the expansion tube 6 is inflated by the pressure of the pressurized fluid, and the end portion of the lining material 14 is pressed against the inner surface of the existing pipe 16 to be fixed. After that, the pressurized fluid is supplied to the pressure space 10 between the inner tube 5 and the housing pipe 2 through the pressurized fluid outward path hose 7 with the pressurized fluid return path hose 8 closed. With this pressurized fluid,
As shown in FIG. 5, the inner tube 5 is inverted and inserted into the existing pipe 16, and the lining material 15 is inverted and pressed against the inner surface of the existing pipe 16. The amount of movement of the pressurized fluid outward passage hose 7 was confirmed when the lining material was reversed and inserted, and as shown in the sectional view of FIG. 3, when the entire lining material 15 was pressed against the inner surface of the existing pipe 16, The heated pressurized fluid is circulated through the pressurized fluid outward passage hose 7 and the pressurized fluid return passage hose 8 in the pressure space 10, and the inside of the pressure space 10 is maintained at a temperature of, for example, 60 to 80 ° C. for a predetermined time and lined. The curable resin impregnated in the material 15 is cured.

ライニング工法。1. A storage pipe having a cylindrical support tube attached to a front end thereof and a sealing plate having a forward passage of a pressurized fluid communicating with a pressurized fluid return passage and a sealing plate attached to a rear end thereof. The inner tube is made of a resin film having tensile strength, the front end is open and the rear end is sealed, and the inner tube connected to the pressurized fluid outward hose is accommodated and the front end opening of the inner tube is folded back. Fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the tip of the support tube to form a pressure space with the storage tube and inner tube, and a ring-shaped hollow expansive body made of non-adhesive rubber or elastomer resin to form a support tube outer peripheral surface. The inner tube of the lining jig, which is fixed to the inside and forms the pressurizing space connected to the pressurizing fluid hose, is made of a flexible resin tube impregnated with a curable resin, and is used for retracting inside. Insert the lining material with the band sandwiched between it and remove the tip of the lining material. It is folded back and temporarily fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the intermediate part of the hollow expander, and while applying a constant preload to the pressurized space between the inner fluid tube and the storage tube from the pressurized fluid outward hose, the retracting band After pulling the body and inserting it at a predetermined position in the existing pipe, the pressurized fluid is supplied from the pressurized fluid supply hose to the pressurized space formed by the hollow expander, and the hollow expander is expanded to provide the lining material. Press the end part of the inner pipe to the inner surface of the existing pipe to fix it, supply pressurized fluid from the pressurized fluid outward hose, and insert the inner tube inside the existing pipe by reversing and inserting the inner lining material to invert the inner pipe. A partial lining method characterized by being pressed to cure.
