INVENTION multipurpose liquid cleaning compositions Technical Field The present invention relates to the field of detergent or cleaning compositions. The compositions of the present invention are multipurpose cleaning compositions suitable for use as hard surface cleaners, carpet cleaners and for laundry. BACKGROUND A wide variety of cleaning compositions have been reported in the art. Typically, cleaning compositions can be divided into hard surface cleaning compositions and laundry cleaning compositions. These two types of cleaning compositions have traditionally been quite different in formula and have been marketed as different products with different marketing concepts. These differences have forced consumers to purchase and use at least two different products. Also, the above two compositions, especially hard surface cleaners, can be divided into subtypes. In fact, many types of hard surface cleaners have been launched, such as bathroom cleaners, kitchen cleaners or floor cleaners. Such formulation versatility is necessary because of the different nature of soiling found on various surfaces of laundry and floors such as kitchens, carpets and bathrooms. For example, kitchen stains consist mainly of edible oil, bathroom stains mainly consist of sebum and soap dregs or limescale, floor stains mainly consist of granular stains, and laundry May have many stains and stains on it. It is an object of the present invention to formulate a multipurpose liquid cleaner that can be satisfactorily used on a variety of surfaces and laundry to clean a variety of stains and stains. The composition according to the invention should also be able to function in a wide variety of conditions, namely hard and soft water. The compositions of the present invention should also provide sufficient gloss and surface safety when used as a hard surface cleaner. It has been found that this object can be met simply and efficiently by formulating a cleaning composition comprising a particular nonionic surfactant system in the weakly acidic range. In fact, the combination of four different non-ionic surfactants belonging to the different HLB (hydrophilic-lipophilic balance) classes may result in a cleaning composition that exhibits great flexibility in the stains that can be cleaned. understood. It has also been found that the four classes of surfactants act synergistically in cleaning most types of soil. Furthermore, it has also been found that the addition of hydrogen peroxide to this nonionic surfactant system enhances the cleaning performance of laundry in particular. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention is an aqueous cleaning composition having a pH of 0.5 to 6 and comprising 2% to 40% by weight of the total composition of a nonionic surfactant system. The system comprises at least one nonionic surfactant having an HLB of more than 15; at least one nonionic surfactant having an HLB of more than 13 and up to 15; and at least one nonionic surfactant having an HLB of 9 to 13. An aqueous cleaning composition comprising an activator and at least one nonionic surfactant having an HLB of less than 9. A highly preferred composition according to the invention also comprises hydrogen peroxide. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The composition according to the invention is an aqueous liquid cleaning composition. The aqueous composition has a pH of 0.5-6, preferably 1-5, most preferably 2-4.5. The composition pH can be adjusted using organic or inorganic acids, or alkalizing agents. The composition according to the invention also comprises a special nonionic surfactant system which comprises at least four nonionic surfactants. This nonionic surfactant system was efficient at cleaning a wide variety of soils, and significant synergism was found between the four surfactants. The nonionic surfactant system of the present invention comprises a mixture of at least four different nonionic surfactants, each in a particular HLB (hydrophilic-lipophilic balance) range. Thus, the compositions of the present invention clean a wide variety of soils, from granular to non-granular soils, hydrophilic to lipophilic soils. Accordingly, the nonionic surfactant system according to the present invention is at least one nonionic surfactant having an HLB of more than 15, which is hereinafter referred to as a highly hydrophilic surfactant, having an HLB of more than 13 up to 15. Of at least one nonionic surfactant of the following, which is hereinafter referred to as a hydrophilic surfactant, HLB of at least one nonionic surfactant of 9 to 13, The term "activator" includes at least one nonionic surfactant having an HLB of less than 9, which is hereinafter referred to as a highly hydrophobic surfactant. A suitable nonionic surfactant for this surfactant system means is a fatty alcohol ethoxylate, which is commercially available with various fatty alcohol chain lengths and various degrees of ethoxylation. It is possible to obtain fatty alcohol ethoxylates having different HLB values simply by changing the chain length and degree of ethoxylation of the fatty alcohol. Therefore, highly hydrophilic surfactants suitable for use in the present invention, Lut ensol R AO30 (HLB = 17), or Lutensol R AT25 (H LB = 16 ) or AT50 (HLB = 18) or AT80 (HLB = 18.5). Suitable hydrophilic surfactants for use in the present invention are Dobanol R 91-8 (HLB = 13.7) or 91-10 (HLB = 14.7). Hydrophobic surfactants suitable for use in the present invention are Dobanol R 23-6.5 (HLB = 11.9) or Dobanol R 25-7 (HLB = 12) or Dobanol R 91-5 (HLB = 11). a .6) or Dobanol R 91-6 (HLB = 12.5) . Highly hydrophobic surfactants suitable for use in the present invention, Dobanol R 23-3, is Lutensol R AO3, Dobanol R 91 -2.5 and Dobanol R 23-2. In the composition according to the invention, the abovementioned nonionic surfactants belonging to the four classes act synergistically, especially in kitchen and bath stains. Therefore, this nonionic surfactant system can be used at low total concentrations. The composition according to the invention comprises from 40% to 2% by weight of the total composition, preferably from 15% to 3% of a nonionic surfactant system. In order to obtain the best cleaning performance against kitchen soils, the nonionic surfactant system according to the present invention, wherein the weight ratio of highly hydrophilic surfactant to hydrophilic surfactant is at most 1: 1.5. And it is preferred to use a nonionic surfactant system in which the combined amount of highly hydrophilic and hydrophilic surfactants in the total composition is at least 2% by weight, preferably at least 2.5%. Is known. In order to obtain the best cleaning performance against bath fouling, the nonionic surfactant system according to the present invention, wherein the weight ratio of highly hydrophobic surfactant to hydrophobic surfactant is 1: 1.5-. 2.5: 1, preferably 2: 1 and the combined amount of hydrophobic and highly hydrophobic nonionic surfactant in the total composition is at least 2% by weight, preferably at least 1. It has also been found preferable to use a nonionic surfactant system which is 5%. The composition according to the invention may comprise additional nonionic surfactants, that is to say more than one surfactant may be used in each of the above classes. The composition according to the invention does not have to use an anionic surfactant system. Therefore, it is preferred that the composition according to the invention is free of anionic surfactants. In a multipurpose cleaning composition, it is essential to control the foamability of the composition. Too much foaming can impair the gloss and make rinsing troublesome for consumers. Excess foaming is also a problem when the composition is used in a washing machine. The control of foaming is an even more important problem under acidic conditions, because the fatty acids conventionally used as foaming inhibitors tend to be insoluble under such conditions and cannot be used. Silicone-based suds suppressors that impair the stability of hydrogen peroxide and the aesthetics of the product should also be avoided. Another advantage of the composition of the present invention is that it is not necessary to use a suds suppressor component, since the nonionic surfactant system described above exhibits good sudsing properties. For optimal foaming properties, the nonionic surfactant system according to the present invention, wherein the weight ratio of highly hydrophilic and hydrophilic surfactant to highly hydrophobic surfactant is 1.5: 1. It has been found that it is preferable to use the above. However, if it is desired to have even lower foaming properties, a suitable 2-alkylalkanol, such as those described in DE 40212 65 and co-pending European patent application No. 92870174.7. It may be preferred to use a suds suppressor system. Such suitable compounds are commercially available such as ISOFOL @ systems such as ISOFOL @ 12 (2-butyloctanol) and ISOFOL @ 16 (2-hexyldecanol). The preferred 2-alkylalkanols used in the present invention have an alkyl chain comprising 6 to 16, preferably 8 to 12 carbon atoms and a terminal hydroxyl group, the α-position of the alkyl chain being from 1 to It is substituted with an alkyl chain comprising 10 carbon atoms, preferably 2-8, more preferably 3-6 carbon atoms. However, the inventors have found that the use of these components has the problem that the final product may become cloudy, insoluble and cause phase separation. We can solve the problem by using a suitable type of whitening agent which increases the cloud point of the solution, in addition to performing a whitening action in use, eg up to 50 ° C. It has been found that a transparent product can be obtained over a wide temperature range. The selected brighteners belong to the class of distyryldiphenyl brighteners, in particular 4-4'-bis [2-2 'sold under the trade name Tinop al CBS-X @ by the company Ciba-Geigy. -Styryl sulfonate] biphenyl. The appropriate amount of brightener used depends on the details of the surfactant system and the 2-alkylalkanol selected, but can be determined by simple trial and error. In a highly preferred embodiment of the invention, the composition of the invention preferably comprises from 2% to 15% by weight of the total composition of hydrogen peroxide or its source. In fact, the inclusion of hydrogen peroxide provides a strong cleaning property, which is especially noticeable in laundry. Further, the nonionic surfactant used in the composition according to the present invention is remarkably miscible with hydrogen peroxide, and good hydrogen peroxide storage stability is recognized even if the hydrogen peroxide stabilizer is not contained. It was Furthermore, highly sensitive components of hydrogen peroxide, such as dyes or brighteners, appear to be stable on storage in compositions according to the invention without the addition of stabilizers for this purpose. The composition according to the invention may comprise various optional ingredients such as builders, solvents, perfumes and dyes. The composition according to the invention can be used as a household cleaner in the bathroom or kitchen and also as a laundry detergent or as a function promoter for laundry detergents. When used as a hard surface cleaner, the composition according to the invention is easy to rinse and provides good gloss properties to the cleaned surface. The composition according to the invention is also particularly effective as a dust cleaner, especially when formulated with hydrogen peroxide. When used as a vat cleaner, the composition according to the invention is advantageously applied in a spray dispenser and left to act on the vat. Examples The following compositions were prepared by mixing the indicated components in the indicated proportions (wt% unless otherwise stated). The compositions of the examples were tested and found to have a satisfactory effect on cleaning laundry, kitchen soil, as well as bathtub soil. Further, the stability of hydrogen peroxide, whitening agent and dye was observed, and it was clarified that the condition was satisfactory at 50 ° C. for 2 weeks. All compositions were clear products with> 600% transmission at 600 nm at room temperature. (1) is a distyryldiphenyl brightener commercially available from Ciba-Geigy.
