Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.電子式アンチロック制御(ABS)、及び電気的に動作する油圧バルブによ る電子制御制動力分散(EBV)を行い、インレットバルブ即ち各ホイールブレ ーキに流入する圧力流体を制御するバルブは非動作位置で開いており、更に各ホ イールの運動状態を示すホイールセンサ信号に応答してバルブ制御信号を発生す る制御電子回路(1、1’)と、故障或いは誤動作の発生に応答して前記制御を 少なくとも部分的に切り離す又は非動作状態にするエラーモニタ装置とを有し、 前記制御電子回路(1、1’)は前記エラーモニタ装置(13、13’)がエ ラーに応答した後も動作し続ける第2回路を有し、この第2回路により後輪ブレ ーキに導かれるインレットバルブ(3、3’)を制御可能で、この第2回路は後 輪ブレーキ内の圧力が一定に保たれるように、又はブレーキ動作に応じて即ちマ スタシリンダ内の圧力が所定圧力閾値を越えた場合に後輪ブレーキの圧力が制限 されるように設けられるか、又は減速動作等の車の運動に関係する測定量に応じ て制限されるように設けられることを特徴とするブレーキシステム。 2.後輪ブレーキに導かれるインレットバルブ(3、3’)を除き、油圧バルブ (4、4’)巻線はエラーモニタ装置(13、13’)により制御される電子的 切り離しリレー(7、6’)を介して電圧源(UB)に接続され、誤動作が検出 されると油圧バルブ(4、4’、5)の電圧供給を禁止 することを特徴とする請求項1記載のブレーキシステム。 3.前記第2回路は後輪ブレーキに導かれるインレットバルブ(3、3’)を作 動するドライバ(8、8’)を含み、前記ドライバは他の油圧バルブ(4、4’ 、5)の電圧源(UB)が切り離され、マスタシリンダ内の油圧により動作する 圧力スイッチ(12、12’)又は車の加速に応答するスイッチが動作した場合 にのみ、ロジック回路(9)を介して制御電子回路(1、1’)により作動する ことを特徴とする請求項1又は記載のブレーキシステム。 4.前記制御電子回路により前記第2回路にはテストパルスが一般的な方法で供 給され、これらテストパルスに対する反応はモニタされることを特徴とする請求 項1〜3記載のブレーキシステム。 5.後輪ブレーキに導かれる複数のインレットバルブ(3、3’)は結合第2回 路により通電され、前記インレットバルブ(3、3’)は前記第2回路の結合終 端部(ドライバ8’)にデカップリングダイオード(17、18)を介して接続 されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4記載のブレーキシステム。 6.圧力応答又は加速応答スイッチ(12、12’)は前記エラーモニタ装置が 応答しないときに追加情報を獲得するために機能することを特徴とする請求項1 〜5記載のブレーキ システム。
