In this type of washing machine, as shown in FIG. 7, the stirring blade 1 was attached to the bottom portion 3 of the washing tub 2, and the rotation speed of the stirring blade 1 was set to about 150 rpm. That is, the stirring blade 1 having a relatively large diameter is rotated reversely and washed by the friction due to the difference in the movement of the laundry between the laundry 4 placed in the washing tub 2 near the stirring blade 1 and the distant material. Was there. When the water supplied from a water supply device (not shown) at the time of washing reaches a so-called specified water level a by a pressure switch or the like, water supply is stopped and washing is started. The basic process of a fully automatic washing machine is water supply-laundry-drainage-dewatering-water supply-rinse-drainage-dewatering-water supply-rinse-drainage-dewatering, and the water level for washing and rinsing is always the specified water level or for washing. It is operated at the water level set in advance. Usually, the detergent is put into the washing tub 2 prior to washing, but as a result, the detergent concentration in the washing process is constant.

Therefore, in order to maintain a constant level of cleaning effect, the entanglement of the object to be cleaned becomes large, and further the object to be cleaned becomes large in order to wash by rotating the stirring blade 1 in reverse under a constant detergent concentration. Uneven washing occurred when trying to improve the entanglement of things.

In the water flow of a conventional washing machine, the weight of an object to be washed is divided into multiple stages, and the reversal time limit of the reversal rotation is set so as to achieve a target cleaning effect with the set amount. Therefore, the cleaning effect is not a problem, but on the other hand, there is a problem that the cloth clogging, which is a characteristic of the stirring blade, becomes large. Fig. 8 shows the change in performance when washing is performed for the reversal time period of the rated specified amount and the reversal time period shorter than that. In the figure, the washing effect, washing unevenness, and cloth entanglement are 100
It can be seen that as the reversal time period becomes smaller, the cloth entanglement decreases, but the cleaning unevenness increases. The cause of the change in the washing characteristics due to the decrease of the reversal time is that the water flow formed by the reversal time of the reversal rotation of the stirring blade sets the strength of the water flow by the time control of the reversal time of the stirring blade. is there. This is because the stirring blade must increase the number of rotations or increase the rotation torque in order to transmit the stirring force to the object to be cleaned at the top of the washing tub. In order to achieve this, it is necessary to lengthen the reversal time of the stirring blades, which causes the entanglement of the clothes at the bottom of the washing tub to become severe. If the reversal time is short, the agitation power is weak, and the movement of the object to be washed on the top becomes small, and the part that is not submerged in the washing liquid may end without being used in the washing process and cannot be washed. Had the problem of becoming larger.

In order to solve such a problem, a washing machine having a structure in which the washing water is applied from the information on the surface of the washing water has also been proposed, but when the washing water that descends from above hits the floating object to be washed, bubbles are generated by the impact. It tends to occur, and the bubbles overflow from the washing tub and cannot be received by the water receiving tub. Further, in this configuration, there is a case where the washing water is scattered from the washing water surface of the washing tub and the ground contact surface of the washing machine is submerged during stirring in the washing process and the rinsing process.

By having the wide-area jet forming portion having the above-described configuration, a thin film-like washing water is formed from the elongated slit-shaped jet port so as to cover the upper portion of the washing water surface, and floats on the washing water surface to be used for the washing water. By applying to the uncleaned object, the cleaning effect and the reduction of cleaning unevenness can be improved. Furthermore, the foam generated from the surface of the washing water is blocked by the thin washing water film formed so as to cover the upper surface of the washing water, and the disappearance of the foam here prevents the foam from being generated beyond this film. In addition, it is possible to prevent the foam from being discharged from the washing tub. Similarly, splashes of washing water are also blocked by this film-like washing water.

In addition, since the thin-film washing water is formed from the wide-area jet forming portion so as to cover the upper surface of the washing water by the pumping action of the stirring blade, the thin-film washing water is interlocked with the rotation / stop movement of the stirring blade. Moves from near the wall of the washing tub toward the center of the tub. Due to the movement of the film-like washing water, the frequency of splashing on the surface of the washing water and the non-washed article to be washed increases, and the washing effect and uneven washing can be improved. However, in this case, in the conventional drive of the stirring blade in the reversal time period, the supply of the washing water that forms the film covering the upper part of the washing tub cannot be supplied in time, the injection of the washing water is interrupted, and the foam discharge can be prevented. The problem of disappearing arises. In order to solve this problem, by shortening the reversal time of the stirring blade, the time for which the film is cut off is shortened, and the generation of bubbles is surely extinguished without being left to prevent the emission of bubbles. There is no problem with splashing of washing water because it occurs only when the film is formed (when the stirring blade is rotating).

Furthermore, by providing a process to stir the laundry at a water level lower than the specified water level, it is possible to wash with high-concentration washing water without increasing the amount of detergent, and the washing water sprinkled over a wider area sprinkles from the top. As a result, the detergent works effectively against stains that are difficult to remove, and the cleaning effect and the reduction in cleaning unevenness can be improved.

The operation of the above configuration will be described. Prior to washing, clothes 22 and detergent are put into the washing tub 7. The detergent amount is usually added at a fixed ratio to the washing water amount. For example, if the washing water amount is 50 and the laundry 22 is 4.5 kg in a dry state, the standard water amount for washing 50 is the water level shown in FIGS. The water level indicated by 23 in the figure is the rated specified water level for the rated clothing. Also, the standard amount of detergent is 0.133% of the amount of washing water, so 66.5 g of detergent is added. Then, if the controller 15 is operated, the electromagnetic water supply valve 16
Is activated and water supply starts. The supplied water level is the specified water level
When it becomes 23, the pressure sensor 17 operates to cut off the energization to the electromagnetic water supply valve 16, and at the same time, the motor 11 is energized to rotate the stirring blade 9 and start washing. When washing is performed without the wide-area fountain forming unit 20 as in the conventional case, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the washing effect is that the lower half of the laundry 22 can be washed and the upper half of the clothing 22 can be washed. It can be seen that the result is that the cleaning cannot be performed and the cleaning unevenness is large. This is because the stirring force of the stirring blade 9 is difficult to be transmitted to the upper side, and the clothes 22 above the prescribed water level 23 cannot be washed. Further, in order to reduce the uneven cleaning, if the reversing time limit of the stirring blade 9 is set to be long and the clothes can be switched up and down, there is a problem that the entanglement of the clothes deteriorates as shown in FIG.

As shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, when the supplied water level becomes lower than the regulated water level 23, the pressure sensor 17 operates and the electromagnetic water supply valve 16 is deenergized, and at the same time, the motor 11 is energized and agitated. The wing rotates and starts pre-soaking washing. Therefore, at the start of this pre-soaking washing, the detergent concentration is higher than the standard concentration, and for example, if the water amount at the water level 24 is 25, the detergent concentration for the washing water amount is Then, wash with double the concentration. When some time has passed after the start of pre-soaking washing, for example, 5 minutes, the electromagnetic water supply valve 16
When the water is supplied to the rated specified water level 23, the pressure sensor 17 operates and the electromagnetic water supply valve 16 is de-energized.From here, the so-called rated water volume for the rated clothing capacity and the standard concentration of 0.133% for the detergent are applied. The washing process is started, the washing time is normally set to about 10 minutes, and the washing is continued during that period, and when the washing time elapses, the process goes to the water supply-dehydration-rinsing process. Here, the pressure sensor 17 is adapted to extract a plurality of detected water level values.

At the time of this pre-soaking washing, the stirring blade 9 rotates clockwise-pause-
Reversed to the left, the rotation speed is around 10 rotations per minute or less, and it is rotated at a relatively low speed, and the unidirectional operation time is set to a few seconds or less and the operation is performed in small increments. The washing water is constantly spouted from the fountain forming part 20 so that the clothes 22 on the upper part can be spread evenly over a wide area.

In addition, during washing, a short wiggle operation is performed, which is shorter than the conventional reversal time period, and the washing water can be constantly spouted from the wide area fountain forming section 20 so that the clothes 22 on the upper portion can be evenly spread over a wide area.

As described above, in this embodiment, the pre-soaking washing process is carried out in the state where the detergent concentration is high, and further, the washing water is applied to the clothes 22 in the washing tub 7 from the upper portion in both the pre-soaking washing process and the washing process. .

It is undeniable that, in the state where the detergent concentration is high, the amount of water in washing is smaller than that in the standard concentration, and thus the laundry clothes 22 are generally hard to move. However, even if the movement of the cloth is small, the detergent concentration is high, so that the cleaning effect is good.
Since the washing water is applied to the laundry clothes 22 from the wide-area fountain formation unit 20, the laundry clothes 22 above the water level of the washing water can be spread over a wide area evenly, so that the effect can be further improved and uneven cleaning can be reduced. .

Detergents are generally washed by adding an amount corresponding to the standard concentration. However, there are many kinds of stains in real life, and these stains are mixed and the degree of stains ranges from severe stains to light stains. Therefore, it is not generally preferable to wash only with the standard concentration, and it is advisable to adjust the degree according to the type and degree of stains. Therefore, it is preferable to increase the concentration of the detergent when the soil is extremely dirty, but the method of increasing the concentration with respect to the standard amount of water requires a large amount of detergent and is not preferable.

Therefore, the present invention performs pre-soak washing as a preceding step of the washing step, which makes the detergent concentration thicker at a water level lower than the rated prescribed water level to exert a sufficient detergent cleaning effect on stains that are difficult to remove, With the standard water amount and standard concentration, it provides a sufficient agitation effect, and without requiring a large amount of detergent, the cleaning effect can be improved by about 10% compared to the conventional method. Since the water is evenly spread over the laundry 22 that is higher than the washing water over a wide area, it is not necessary to set a long reversal time period so that the laundry water 22 is lined in sequence with the washing water, and a short reversal time period reduces uneven washing. Since it is possible, the entanglement of the cloth can be improved.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION As described above, according to the present invention, a thin film-like washing water is formed from an elongated slit-shaped jet port so as to cover an upper portion of the washing water surface, floats on the washing water surface, and is not exposed to the washing water. By applying the cleaning material, the cleaning effect and the reduction of cleaning unevenness can be improved.

In addition, since the thin film-like washing water is formed from the wide-area jet forming part so as to cover the upper part of the washing water surface by the pumping action of the stirring blade, the thin film-like selective water is interlocked with the movement of the stirring blade rotating and stopping.
