Abstract

PURPOSE: To permit decorating of patterns on a protective mesh sheet through direct printing such as screen printing or the like by a method wherein color patterns and letters, consisting of a printed layer and a bonding layer, which are formed of a different medium once, are transferred to the protective mesh sheet by screen printing through pressurizing and the like. CONSTITUTION: Upon printing on a protective mesh sheet 4, seen at working site such as a building site, road construction site and the like, patterns such as the letters of safety first and the mark of (+), for example, are printed on a substrate, provided with a separating layer 6 on a polyester film 7, by rear lettering of the printing letters 2 through screen printing while the bonding layer 3 of 150μm, same as said patterns or slightly larger letters, is printed through screen printing. The substrate is dried for two minutes at 100 deg.C and, thereafter, the bonding layer 3 is put on the protective mesh sheet 4 to print indirectly on the protective mesh sheet 4 through pressurizing by a hot press machine for 20 seconds at 180 deg.C. Accordingly to this method, the color patterns, letters and the like can be reproduced on the protective mesh sheet 4 in the same style without being transparent.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention has a total cost reduction in a dry combination technology of a painting process by an indirect printing method on a curing mesh sheet found in a construction site such as a construction site or a road construction site. For this reason, in the current market, it is possible to develop the printing field for curing mesh sheets such as banners and draperies (advertising media).

Conventionally, there have been the following drawbacks. (1) Since the pattern did not remain in the mesh portion of the curing mesh sheet, it was transparent and the impact of the pattern was weak. (2) Patterns such as color patterns have become blurred, and it has never been possible to satisfy users. (3) Direct printing on the curing mesh sheet has not been accepted in the current market due to these drawbacks, and has hardly been used. Therefore, the present invention is made to eliminate these drawbacks.

[Means for Solving the Problems] A pattern such as a color pattern character is printed by screen printing on a base film subjected to a release treatment by a conventional method, and an adhesive layer is overcoated thereon by screen printing. First make a transfer film. Then, the transfer film is turned over and the adhesive layer is placed on the curing mesh sheet, and the pattern is copied by heat and pressure, and when the base film is peeled off after adhering to the other side, the inverted pattern remains on the curing mesh sheet. [Operation and effect] By screen printing, the pattern such as a color pattern and characters can be reproduced in the same manner on the curing mesh sheet without seeing through. Therefore, it is possible to solve the problem that it was difficult to fill the mesh by direct printing in the past.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below. Printed character (2) is printed on the backing of the polyester film (7) that has been peeled off, and the pattern of safety first and + marks is printed by screen printing, and the same pattern or slightly larger characters are printed on it. Then, a 150-micron adhesive layer (3) is screen-printed. After drying the base materials (7) and (6) at 100 ° C. for 2 minutes, the adhesive layer (3) is placed on the curing mesh sheet (1) and heated at 180 ° C. with a heat press machine at 20 ° C.
Press for 2 seconds and print indirectly on the curing mesh sheet.
