Abstract

PURPOSE: To increase the strength of a skeleton by arranging long strip belt reinforcing members of the existing wall surface to be repaired slantly to fix them to the skeleton and, at the same time, mounting new exterior walls of dry walling on the existing wall surface so as to cover reinforcing members. CONSTITUTION: Two long strip reinforcing members are crossly arranged on the existing exterior wall of mortar wall, etc., so as to make approximately 45 deg. on diagonal lines from four corners of the wall surface of a building. After temporary fixing is made with elastic bodies of the reinforcing members 2 and adhesive tapes, foundation D, pole plate or gable beam E are connected to each other with anchorages to reinforce the existing skeleton A and the strength of the surface of the existing exterior wall 1. Then, new exterior walls 5 of metal siding material or ceramic industrial siding material are subsequently mounted to the skeleton A such as main post B, stut C, etc., with the anchorages. Accordingly, since the existing exterior wall is not required to be dismantled, a construction period can be greatly reduced.

However, in such a repair, the old outer wall that has become old and the new outer wall are replaced, or the new outer wall is formed on the existing outer wall that has been damaged.
It is only the technical idea of hiding the existing outer wall, and the technical idea of reinforcing the existing frame of the old building or the existing outer wall to improve the strength has not been taken into consideration at all. For this reason, the structure of the building after the renovation is burdened, weak in strength, particularly inferior in seismic resistance, new outer walls fall off due to an earthquake, damage to the structure, collapse of the building, etc. Sometimes occurred.

Further, as a method of disposing the reinforcing member 2, as shown in FIG. 1, the reinforcing member 2 is disposed at an angle of about 45 degrees with respect to the base D, the eaves girder or the girder E, and is reinforced. It is preferable that the material 2 is arranged so that the ratio of the sides of the quadrangle L1 and the width L2 formed as a diagonal line is L1: L2 = about 1: 1. This is because the reinforcement member 2 exhibits the most function as a brace by making the height and width ratios substantially the same, and the strength of the skeleton A can be improved most. In addition, in FIG. 1B, the angle of θ2 is 9
0 degrees. Further, since the reinforcing material 2 is arranged from above the existing outer wall 1, it can be easily arranged without being obstructed by the main pillars B and the studs C existing therebetween.

That is, the heat insulating layer 13 is intended to improve the heat insulating performance and airtightness of the entire structure and to prevent the occurrence of dew condensation due to the temperature difference when the reinforcing material 2 is made of metal. Further, since the heat insulating layer 13 has a step with the surface of the existing outer wall 1 due to the thickness of the reinforcing material 2 itself or the overlapping of the reinforcing materials 2, the step is eliminated by disposing the heat insulating layer 13. Since the surface is made flat, a new outer wall 6 described later
The construction is easy and the raised surface is flat.

According to the outer wall repairing structure of the present invention as described above, before the existing outer wall surface is repaired with the new outer wall, the foundation and the eaves girder constituting the existing frame from the existing wall surface to be repaired. Or, in order to connect the girders, a long reinforcing material is obliquely arranged and fixed to the body, and a new outer wall is formed on the existing wall surface so as to cover the reinforcing material, so the strength of the existing body is improved, The strength of the body can be improved and the outer wall can be repaired at the same time. The building is strong against both horizontal and vertical loads, and has a structure that is strong against vibrations such as earthquakes and external pressure such as typhoons.
Since it is not necessary to dismantle the existing outer wall, the number of construction steps can be omitted, the construction period can be greatly shortened, and there is no hindrance to living during construction. Since the new outer wall is formed on the existing outer wall, the construction is easy and the cost can be saved. It has a double wall structure consisting of an existing outer wall and a new outer wall, and has a structure with excellent heat insulation, soundproofing, and fireproofing. The reinforcing material has a viscous elastic body and an adhesive tape on the back surface, so it can be easily temporarily fixed before placing it with a fixture, and the minute irregularities on the existing outer wall are within the effective range of its elasticity. It is effective for strong reinforcement because it can be absorbed and the reinforcement can be prevented from loosening. There are characteristics and effects.
