(Prior Art) The widespread use of synthetic resins has deeply penetrated into dietary habits, and it is now common knowledge that many foods are distributed in plastic packs. Among them, instant foods such as cup noodles (trade name) are light and have excellent storage properties and are convenient to carry, so they are used as a simple meal or snack, and also useful for outdoor meals such as hiking and mountain climbing. Has been done. However, any instant food
Due to the low heat resistance of the container, it can only be cooked by pouring hot water or by heating it in a microwave oven, and those that can cook the assortment in a synthetic resin container by open flame have not yet appeared. Absent. Therefore, for foods such as nabeyaki udon and gratin that are desired to be cooked in an open flame while being packed in a container, it is currently circulated as an assorted pack using a container made of aluminum foil.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) However, when an aluminum foil container is used for direct-fire cooking, it is not suitable for heating in a microwave oven because it is a metal product, and it is incinerated as combustible waste. It is not possible to dispose of it and it is troublesome, and there is a problem that it is disadvantageous in sales promotion due to restrictions on design.

(Means for Solving Problems) A feature of the present invention is that it has heat resistance equal to or higher than a cookable temperature,
It is in the place where ceramic coatings 2 and 3 for enabling direct flame cooking are formed on a synthetic resin container 1 having a low calorific value and a low soot rate.

The material for the container 1 is an olefinic thermoplastic resin with a heat resistance of 130 ° C or higher, a low calorific value at the time of incineration and a low soot rate, and is formed into a shape similar to that of a pan for udon noodles. Use the existing one. Since it is required to raise the cooking temperature, it is desirable to select a material having high heat resistance as the material of the container.

The coating treatment for forming the ceramic coatings 2, 3 on the container 1 is performed by the sol-gel method (see Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun Co., Ltd., "Industrial Materials", Vol. 35, No. 9, pp. 58-), and is generally used as a coating agent. The metal alkoxide represented by (R) n was adopted. Specifically, as the coating agent for the surface of the container 1, Glasca 1100-II (trade name, Nichiban Kenkyusho) is used, and for the inner surface, Glasca G90 (same as above) is used to coat the surface of the container. It was done by spraying. Since various types of ceramic coating methods have been developed, the ceramic coating method is not limited to the above method and may be performed by other methods. By the ceramic coating treatment, ceramic coatings 2 and 3 of several μm are formed on the inner and outer surfaces 1a and 1b of the container 1.

According to the usage of the present invention, any material M to be pan-baked is packed in the container 1, the lid is put on, and the product is put on the sales route in a frozen state.
The cooking method is to open the lid, add water and put on the stove H, and heat from below to cook the food inside. At this time, the heat of vaporization of the water in the container 1 and the heat from the direct heating from below are in thermal equilibrium, so that the damage of the container due to the temperature rise is prevented. In particular, since the ceramic coatings 2 and 3 are formed on the surfaces 1a and 1b of the container 1, the ceramic coating prevents the resin surface at the bottom of the container from deteriorating during cooking by an open flame and maintains its shape. Holds the rigidity required for. Further, bubbles are generated in the water added to the cooking material inside the container 1, and the diffusion of the heat applied to the container into water is deteriorated at the local part where the bubbles are generated, and the temperature of the thermoplastic resin of the container material is reduced. Is further raised in temperature, but the ceramic coatings 2 and 3 suppress the locally generated flow of highly fluid resin due to the bubbles, and prevent the formation of holes in the bottom of the container. If the contents cool and you miss the time to eat, this container has no risk of electric shock, so you can put it in the microwave and reheat it. Even if the empty container after use is discarded as combustible waste as it is, there is no possibility of causing pollution problems because it is made of a synthetic resin material having a low calorific value and a low soot rate.

The food to be packed in this container is not limited to hot pot udon noodles, but it is not particularly limited as long as it is suitable for storing assorted foods such as pot foods, roasted gratin etc., dried instant foods such as cup noodles. There is no end.

(Effect of the invention) As described above, according to the present invention, since the ceramic coating is formed on the container made of synthetic resin having high heat resistance, the assorted food is cooked as it is by direct heat as well as by microwave. This makes it possible to easily obtain instant food with excellent taste. In addition, this ceramic coating
It prevents deterioration of the resin surface at the bottom of the container due to direct fire, maintains the rigidity required to maintain the shape, and prevents the formation of holes in the bottom of the container. In addition, since a synthetic resin molded product is ceramic-coated, it is easy to design to enhance the commercial value, and if a synthetic resin with a low calorific value and a low smoke rate is used as the material of the container, it can be used The container can be incinerated as it is, there is no risk of pollution problems, and it has a remarkable effect such as contributing to the rationalization of life.
