従来より、接着治具7を備えた接着装置4,5,6を用
いて補修が実施されている。つまり、ハニカムサンドイ
ッチパネル1から欠陥部Aを除去し、代わりに交換部B
を接着剤を介装しつつ嵌入してから、オートクレーブ等
の加熱加圧装置と、接着治具7を備えた接着装置4,
5,6とを用いて加熱加圧することにより、交換部Bを
周りに接着し、もってハニカムサンドイッチパネル1を
部分的に交換することが、従来より行われていた。なお
このような場合、欠陥部Aが発生したハニカムサンドイ
ッチパネル1全体を交換することも考えられるが、コス
ト負担が過大となり、従来より、このような全体的交換
は行われていない。

5,6が、製作,準備されていた。なお、ハニカムサン
ドイッチパネル1はアルミ材,アルミ合金材等の金属材
製のものが代表的であり、その場合は、同様なアルミ
材,アルミ合金材等の金属材製やハニカムパネル製の接
着治具7が、製作,準備されるが、ハニカムサンドイッ
チパネル1がその他の材料、例えば繊維強化プラスチッ
ク材等の非金属材製よりなる場合は、膨張係数の関係か
ら、接着治具7も対応した材質のものが選択使用され
る。勿論この場合も、上述したアルミ材等の金属材を用
いた場合に準じ、まず欠陥部Aを含むハニカムサンドイ
