Generally, when shoes, boots, etc. are worn for a long period of time, the feet pass through the socks almost in close contact with the space formed by the instep and bottom plate of the shoes, boots, etc., which are not breathable. Is cut off from the outside air, so it is exposed to a hot and humid atmosphere,
It causes unpleasant foot stuffiness. In addition, when it is affected by bacteria etc. in that state, it may suffer from diseases such as athlete's foot. However, for that reason, it is unavoidable to wear shoes, boots, etc., and the cause of athlete's foot is unavoidable every day. As described above, the conventional technique has a problem that it lacks breathability in consideration of foot hygiene. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Therefore, an object of the present invention is to eliminate such drawbacks of the prior art as much as possible, and to provide a shoe sole and an insole with good air permeability that can be used for shoes, boots and the like.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS A shoe sole and an insole according to the present invention will now be described by way of embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 is a partial vertical sectional view of a shoe using a shoe sole according to the present invention. A pump 3 is provided inside the portion of the sole 1 corresponding to the heel of the foot.
The pump 3 is made of, for example, an elastic member such as rubber, and has a structure that expands in a free state and contracts in a compressed state. The pump 3 has an intake check valve 4 and an exhaust check valve 6
It has. The intake check valve 4 communicates with the outside air via an intake pipe 5, and is arranged to suck the outside air into the pump 3. The exhaust check valve 6 is arranged so as to discharge the air sucked into the pump 3. A ventilation pipe 7 is connected to the outside of the exhaust check valve 6 and is provided in a portion corresponding to the toes through the inside of the shoe sole. The ventilation pipe 7 has a configuration in which a ventilation port 8 is arranged upward at a position corresponding to the vicinity of the base of the toes of the shoe sole. FIG. 2 is a plan view of the shoe sole and insole of FIG. Since the shoe sole 1 and the shoe insole 2 have the same structure, they are both described in FIG. Air sucked from the intake check valve 4 through the intake pipe 5 enters the pump 3, passes through the exhaust check valve 6 and the ventilation pipe 7, and is ejected from the ventilation port 8 to the upper surface of the shoe sole. ing. It is assumed that a shoe having a shoe sole having such a configuration, or a shoe with an insole having such a configuration is put on and walking. When the heel of the foot is stopped by stopping or standing upright, the pump 3 is compressed by the heel of the foot and contracts. When the foot is stepped on, the heel of the foot rises, so that the pump 3 made of an elastic member expands and sucks air from the check valve 4 for intake through the intake pipe 5. When the heel of the foot is attached again, the pump 3 is contracted, and the air taken into the pump 3 passes through the exhaust check valve 6 and is discharged to the ventilation pipe 7. The air discharged to the ventilation pipe 7 is ejected from the ventilation port 8 onto the upper surface of the shoe sole. That is, every time one step is walked, the pump 3 operates and air is ejected from the vent through the vent pipe 7. Therefore, by walking or by moving the heel of the foot up and down, a fixed amount of air is intermittently ejected from the ventilation port 8. Because of this air, the air near the toes, especially near the base of the toes, is forcibly replaced with fresh air. Therefore, there is an effect of preventing the air around the root from becoming hot and humid. When the shoe sole according to the present invention is used for deep boots or boots, it is preferable that the intake pipe 5 is extended and fixed to the inner upper part of the shoe in order to inhale fresh air.
Depending on the mounting position of the intake pipe 5, the mounting position of the intake check valve on the pump may be changed. The exhaust check valve 6 may be omitted depending on the type of the intake check valve 4. Further, the configuration according to the present invention can be applied to a slipper or the like. It is possible to forcibly inhale the cleaning agent or the like using the intake pipe 5.

As described above, according to the present invention, by simply walking, it is possible to forcibly supply fresh air, a cleaning agent, or the like to the toes, particularly near the base of the toes, where steam easily occurs. Effective for health and hygiene. As a result, it is effective in preventing diseases such as athlete's foot.
