PURPOSE:To provide an excellent self-cutting ability to an artificial tooth root which has a sufficiently high strength and an excellent rotation-checking ability so as to be stable. CONSTITUTION:An anchor part 1 of an artificial tooth root is tapered, and is formed at its outer peripheral surface with threads 3, and the longitudinal cross section of the anchor part 1 is defined by a quadratic curve so that the contour of the surface excepting the threads bulges outward, and a series of notches 4 are formed, having its length greater than intervals 5 of the notches, in the threads 3.

Claims (6)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 顎骨内に埋め込まれるアンカ−部と、前
記アンカ−部の基端に一体に備えられ且つねじ係合によ
り歯冠取付用ホルダ−を取付けるため軸線上にねじ孔が
設けられた首元部からなり、前記アンカ−部はその先端
に向かって先細状であってその外周面にはねじ条が設け
られている人工歯根において、 前記アンカ−部の縦断面は前記ねじ条を除く面の輪郭が
外方にふくらむように2次曲線になっており、且つ前記
ねじ条には一連の切欠きが該切欠きの長さが該切欠き間
の間隔以上になるように設けられていることを特徴とす
る人工歯根。

載の人工歯根。
