Abstract

PURPOSE:To lessen an oil-immersed electric equipment in installation space and to enhance a site in availability by a method wherein an oil spouting tank is placed over an equipment tank. CONSTITUTION:An oil spouting tank 20 and a conservator 4 are formed in one piece and placed over an equipment tank 1 through the intermediary of supports 60. Furthermore, an oil gauge 11 which indicates the oil level of the tank 20 is mounted on the oil spraying tank 20. A piping 20A communicating with the equipment tank 1 is made to rise from the right side of the tank 20 and connected to the oil spouting tank 20 through the intermediary of a pressure relief device 5 and an oil conduit 20B. As mentioned above, the oil spouting tank 20 is placed over the equipment tank 1, so that an installation space for the oil spouting tank 20 can be dispensed with, and the oil conduit 20B can be lessened in length. The oil spouting tank 20 and the conservator 4 are formed into one piece, so that the supports 60 can be simplified in structure, and components can be lessened in number. Furthermore, as the oil gauge 11 is mounted on the oil spouting tank 20, it can be ascertained from the ground that insulating oil 7 is spouted into the oil spouting tank 20 or not.

2. Description of the Related Art On the pressure-releasing side of a pressure-releasing device for oil-filled electrical equipment, an insulating oil jets out in the event of an accident. Therefore, an oil-oil tank for temporarily accumulating the oil is provided, and the insulating oil scatters around. To prevent it. FIG. 3 is a sectional view showing a configuration of a conventional oil-filled electric device. A piping 5A communicating with the equipment tank 1 is connected to the equipment tank 1 that houses the electric equipment body 8 together with the insulating oil 7, and the pressure release device 5 is connected to the piping 5A.
Are connected. The injection oil tank 2 is connected to the pressure release side (right side in FIG. 3) of the pressure release device 5 via an oil guide pipe 5B. A conservator 4 is placed on the upper portion of the equipment tank 1 via a support 6, and the equipment tank 1 and the conservator 4 are in communication with each other via a pipe 4A. The equipment tank 1 is arranged on the base 3 together with the fountain tank 2, and the fountain tank 2 is
It communicates with the outside air via a ventilation pipe 9. On the other hand, the conservator 4 is for absorbing the expansion and contraction of the insulating oil 7 in the equipment tank 1, and the insulating oil 7 is filled up to the oil level in the conservator 4.

In FIG. 3, the pressure release device 5 is provided with a pressure release plate made of a plastic plate that partitions the pipe 5A so as to close the pipe 5A. When the pressure in the device tank 1 suddenly rises due to a short circuit accident in the device tank 1, The pressure relief plate is torn. The pressure in the equipment tank 1 is discharged into the spray oil tank 2 together with the insulating oil 7 through the oil guide pipe 5B to prevent the equipment tank 1 from being deformed or exploded. The fountain tank 2 stores the insulating oil 7 ejected at the time of an accident, and prevents the insulating oil 7 from unnecessarily scattering around. Therefore, the internal volume of the oil tank 2 is calculated in consideration of the amount of the insulating oil 7 ejected when a short circuit occurs in the equipment tank 1, and the calculated amount of the insulating oil 7 is sufficiently stored. It is the size that can be. An oil discharge valve 10 is attached to the lower portion of the fuel oil tank 2 but is normally closed.

However, the conventional device as described above has a problem that the installation space is large. That is, it is necessary to secure an installation space for the oil tank as well as the equipment tank. If the oil tank is installed close to the equipment tank in order to reduce the installation space, the oil tank interferes with maintenance and inspection of the equipment tank. At a minimum, the tank and the fountain tank are installed with a gap that allows people to pass through,
In the conventional device, there is a limitation in reducing the installation space.

EXAMPLES The present invention will be described below based on examples.
FIG. 1 is a sectional view showing a configuration of an oil-filled electric device according to an embodiment of the present invention. The fountain tank 20 is formed integrally with the conservator 4, and is placed on the upper portion of the equipment tank 1 via a support 60. Furthermore, an oil level gauge 11 that displays the oil level inside is attached to the oil tank 20.

FIG. 2 is a view on arrow A of FIG. A pipe 20A that communicates with the equipment tank 1 is raised from the right side of the oil spray tank 20 and is further connected to the oil spray tank 20 from a pressure release device via an oil guide pipe 20B. Returning to FIG. 1, the installation space of the fountain oil tank 20 becomes unnecessary by placing the fountain oil tank 20 on the upper part of the equipment tank 1. Further, the oil guide pipe 20B becomes extremely shorter than that of the conventional device. The fountain tank 20 does not necessarily have to be integrated with the conservator 4, but the support 60 can be simplified and the number of parts can be reduced by integrating it. Further, since the oil level gauge 11 is provided in the oil spray tank 20, it is possible to check whether or not the insulating oil 7 is jetted into the oil spray tank 20 from the ground, so that the inspection is easy.
