【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 本体貫通孔に挿入された注射針用鞘を着
脱可能に保持する保持手段と、この保持手段の周囲に設
けられた保護手段とを有する注射器用保護具。
1. A protector for a syringe having a holding means for detachably holding a sheath for an injection needle inserted into a through hole of a main body, and a protection means provided around the holding means.
【請求項2】 保持手段が、注射針用鞘を固定する固定
手段と、この固定手段を固定方向に付勢する弾性手段と
を有し、外力により前記弾性手段の付勢力に逆らって前
記固定手段が前記鞘の固定を解除するように構成されて
いる、請求項1に記載された注射器用保護具。
2. The holding means has a fixing means for fixing the injection needle sheath and an elastic means for urging the fixing means in the fixing direction, and the fixing means counters the urging force of the elastic means by an external force.
