のがある。(B) Conventional Technology Recently, the number of people using a tape recorder instead of a memory is increasing. However, since such a tape recorder is used while being carried, the shape of the tape recorder has been reduced. Although a tape recorder and a microphone for converting an acoustic signal into an electric signal are required, such a microphone is often incorporated in the tape recorder body. In a tape recorder having a built-in microphone, there is a problem that the recording characteristics are deteriorated when the rotation sound of the electric motor or the driving sound of the magnetic tape is collected by the microphone. A large-sized tape recorder can have a structure that reduces the influence of internal noise, but it is difficult for a small tape recorder. Therefore, in a small tape recorder, a recording operation is performed using an external microphone in order to obtain good recording characteristics. Such an external microphone is often used by attaching it to a tie or the like with a clip, and such a technique is disclosed, for example, in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 61-105196.

According to such a technique, the microphone can be attached to a tie or the like. However, when recording the contents of a meeting using such a device, there is a problem that the voice of the other party is large and the voice of the other party is small. In such a technique, when recording the contents of the conference, the microphone main body is placed on the desk for recording, but there is a problem that it gives an unnatural impression and cannot perform good recording. The present invention is intended to provide a microphone device that improves such a point.

Is a holding member into which the mounting portion (2) provided in the mounting portion (2) is fitted and mounted. The mounting member (2) is biased in a clockwise direction by a spring (11) and the fitting and mounting direction of the mounting portion (2) is the engagement. The projection (8) and the holding member (9) themselves are connected to each other. In such a configuration, the mounting operation of the microphone (M) to the holding member (9) is performed in the first direction, which is the arrow (A) direction, and the second direction, which is the arrow (B) direction.
It is configured so that it can be performed from the direction. FIG. 2 shows a state where the microphone (M) is attached to the holding member (9) provided in the microphone holder ( 7 ) from the first direction, that is, the arrow (A) direction,
The microphone holder when placing the lower surface of the (6a) on the flat portion such as a desk or the like of the base of the microphone holder As apparent from such view (7) (6) (7) will be used as a microphone stand . When the microphone (M) is attached to the holding member (9) provided in the microphone holder ( 7 ) from the first direction as described above, the microphone holder ( 7 ) is used as a microphone stand, but next, in the second direction, that is, Arrow (B)
The case of mounting from the direction will be described. FIG. 3 shows a state in which the microphone (M) is attached to the holding member (9) from the direction of the arrow (B). As is clear from this figure, the unit portion (1) of the microphone (M) is The lower surface portion (1b) is in a state of being pressed and brought into contact with the upper surface (6b) of the base portion (6) by the biasing force of the spring (11). Therefore, a tie is provided between the engagement protrusion (8) formed on the upper surface (6b) of the base portion (6) and the engagement protrusion (5) formed on the lower surface portion (1b) of the unit portion (1). The microphone (M) can be attached to clothes by sandwiching a thin body such as. Therefore in this case the microphone holder ( 7 ) would be used as a clip.
