Description
Claims (41)
- 1.結合した、エラストマー性で熱可塑性の、本質的に連続したフィラメントの ウェブからなるスパンボンディング加工された不織布であって、前記スパンボン ディング加工された不織布が、不織布の30%伸長および1回引きの後で機械方 向および横断方向を基にして少なくとも約75%の根平均自乗平均回復性伸長を 有することを特徴とするスパンボンディング加工された不織布。
- 2.前記スパンボンディング加工された不織布がさらに、不織布の30%伸長お よび2回引きの後で機械方向および横断方向を基にして少なくとも約70%の根 平均自乗平均回復性伸長を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のスパンボ ンディング加工された不織布。
- 3.前記スパンボンディング加工された不織布が、不織布の50%伸長および1 回引きの後で機械方向および横断方向を基にして少なくとも約65%の根平均自 乗平均回復性伸長を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のスパンボンディ ング加工された不織布。
- 4.前記スパンボンディング加工された不織布がさらに、不織布の50%伸長お よび2回引きの後で機械方向および横断方向を基にして少なくとも約60%の根 平均自乗平均回復性伸長を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のスパンボ ンディング加工された不織布。
- 5.前記熱可塑性のエラストマー性フィラメントが、ポリウレタン、ABAブロ ック共重合体、エチレン−ポリブチレン共重合体、ポリ(エチレン−ブチレン) ポリスチレンブロック共重合体、ポリアジピン酸エステル、ポリエステルエラス トマー性重合体、ポリアミドエラストマー性重合体、ポリエーテルエステルエラ ストマー性重合体、主として結晶性の異相オレフィン共重合体、およびそれらの 重合体混合物からなる群から選択されたエラストマーを含むことを特徴とする、 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のスパンボンディング加工された不織布。
- 6.前記重合体混合物が、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリエステル、およ びナイロンからなる群から選択された重合体を含むことを特徴とする、請求項5 に記載のスパンボンディング加工された不織布。
- 7.前記熱可塑性エラストマーが、メルトフローレートが約5〜約500である オレフィン系エラストマーであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1 項に記載のスパンボンディング加工された不織布。
- 8.前記熱可塑性オレフィン系エラストマーの膨潤インデックスが約1.8〜約 5であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のスパンボンディング加工された不 織布。
- 9.前記熱可塑性オレフィン系エラストマーの曲げモジュラスが約200〜約1 0,000psiであることを特徴とする、請求項7または8に記載のスパンボ ンディング加工された不織布。
- 10.前記熱可塑性オレフィン系エラストマーの曲げモジュラスが約2000〜 約8000psiであることを特徴とする、請求項7〜9のいずれか1項に記載 のスパンボンディング加工された不織布。
- 11.前記熱可塑性オレフィン系エラストマーが、結晶性基本重合体ブロック、 および半結晶性重合体ブロック画分を経由して結晶性基本重合体に結合したエラ ストマー性無定形共重合体ブロックを含む、主として結晶性の異相オレフィン共 重合体であることを特徴とする、請求項7〜10のいずれか1項に記載のスパン ボンディング加工された不織布。
- 12.前記不織布が、毎分約2000メートル未満の速度で行われるスパンボン ディング工程により製造されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれ か1項に記載のスパンボンディング加工された不織布。
- 13.結合した、熱可塑性の、本質的に連続したフィラメントのウェブからなる スパンボンディング加工された不織布であって、前記熱可塑性フィラメントが、 結晶性基本重合体ブロック、および半結晶性重合体ブロック画分を経由して結晶 性基本重合体に結合したエラストマー性無定形共重合体ブロックを含む、熱可塑 性の、主として結晶性のオレフィン異相ブロック共重合体を含み、前記熱可塑性 の、主として結品性のオレフィン異相ブロック共重合体が、前記エラストマー性 の熱可塑性フィラメント中に、前記スパンボンディング加工された不織布が不織 布の30%伸長および1回引きの後で機械方向および横断方向を基にして少なく とも約75%の根平均自乗平均回復性伸長を有するのに十分な量で存在すること を特徴とするスパンボンディング加工された不織布。
- 14.前記スパンボンディング加工された不織布がさらに、不織布の30%伸長 および2回引きの後で機械方向および横断方向を基にして少なくとも約70%の 根平均自乗平均回復性伸長を有することを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のスパ ンボンディング加工された不織布。
- 15.前記スパンボンディング加工された不織布がさらに、不織布の50%伸長 および2回引きの後で機械方向および横断方向を基にして少なくとも約60%の 根平均自乗平均回復性伸長を有することを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のスパ ンボンディング加工された不織布。
- 16.前記熱可塑性フィラメントが、毎分約2000メートル未満の速度で行わ れるスパンボンディング工程により製造されていることを特徴とする、請求項1 3〜15のいずれか1項に記載のスパンボンディング加工された不織布。
- 17.前記共重合体のメルトフローレートが約5〜約500であることを特徴と する、請求項13〜16のいずれか1項に記載のスパンボンディング加工された 不織布。
- 18.前記共重合体の膨潤インデックスが約1.8〜約5であることを特徴とす る、請求項13〜17のいずれか1項に記載のスパンボンディング加工された不 織布。
- 19.前記共重合体の曲げモジュラスが約200〜約10,000psiである ことを特徴とする、請求項13〜18のいずれか1項に記載のスパンボンディン グ加工された不織布。
- 20.結晶性の基本重合体ブロックが前記異相共重合体中に約60〜約85重量 部の量で存在することを特徴とする、請求項13〜19のいずれか1項に記載の スパンボンディング加工された不織布。
- 21.異相共重合体の結晶性基本重合体ブロックが、プロピレンと、式H2C− CHR(式中、RはHまたはC2−6の直鎖または分枝鎖のアルキル部分である )を有する少なくとも1種のアルファーオレフィンの共重合体であることを特徴 とする、請求項13〜20のいずれか1項に記載のスパンボンディング加工され た不織布。
- 22.異相共重合体の弾性を有する無定形共重合体ブロックが、前記異相共重合 体中に約10〜約40重量部の量で存在することを特徴とする、請求項13〜2 1のいずれか1項に記載のスパンボンディング加工された不織布。
- 23.結合した、熱可塑性の、本質的に連続したフィラメントのウェブからなる スパンボンディング加工された不織布であって、前記結合した熱可塑性フィラメ ントが、約60〜85重量部の量で存在する結晶性基本重合体ブロック、および 第二の相として、約1〜約15重量部の量で存在する半結晶性重合体ブロックを 経由して結晶性基本重合体ブロックに結合した、約10〜約40重量部の量で存 在する弾性を有する無定形共重合体ブロックを含む、熱可塑性の、主として結晶 性のオレフィン異相弾性ブロック共重合体を含み、前記熱可塑性の、主として結 晶性のオレフィン異相ブロック共重合体が、前記熱可塑性フィラメント中に、前 記スパンボンディング加工された不織布が、不織布の30%伸長および1回引き の後で機械方向および横断方向を基にして少なくとも約75%の根平均自乗平均 回復性伸長を有するのに十分な量で存在することを特徴とするスパンボンディン グ加工された不織布。
- 24.弾性不織布の製造方法であって、溶融した熱可塑性エラストマーをスピナ レットを通して押し出し、複数のフィラメントを形成する工程、前記複数のフィ ラメントを十分に冷却し、本質的に非粘着性であるフィラメントを形成する工程 、前記非粘着性フィラメントを高速流体と接触させることにより、前記非粘着性 フィラメントを延伸する工程、および 少なくとも毎分約100メートルから毎分約2000メートルまでの速度で結合 フィラメントのウェブとして集める工程 を含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 25.前記溶融エラストマーが、ポリウレタン、ABAブロック共重合体、エチ レン−ポリブチレン共重合体、ポリ(エチレン−ブチレン)ポリスチレンブロッ ク共重合体、ポリアジピン酸エステル、ポリエステルエラストマー性重合体、ポ リアミドエラストマー性重合体、ポリエーテルエステルエラストマー性重合体、 主として結晶性の異相オレフィン共重合体、およびそれらの重合体混合物からな る群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項24に記載の方法。
- 26.前記重合体混合物が、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリエステル、お よびナイロンからなる群から選択された重合体を含むことを特徴とする、請求項 25に記載の方法。
- 27.前記フィラメントが、毎分約1,500メートル未満の速度で集められる ことを特徴とする、請求項24〜26のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 28.フィラメントを延伸する工程が、フィラメントを流体と毎分約0〜100 メートルの速度で接触させ、前記流体の速度を少なくとも毎分約1000メート ルに徐々に増加することを特徴とする、請求項24〜27のいずれか1項に記載 の方法。
- 29.複数の層を含む使い捨て吸収性パーソナルケア製品であって、前記層の少 なくとも一つが、結合した、熱可塑性の、本質的に連続したエラストマー性フィ ラメントのウェブを含むスパンボンディング加工された不織布を含み、前記スパ ンボンディング加工された不織布が、不織布の30%伸長および1回引きの後で 機械方向および横断方向を基にして少なくとも約75%の根平均自乗平均回復性 伸長を有することを特徴とする使い捨て吸収性パーソナルケア製品。
- 30.前記結合した、熱可塑性の、エラストマー性フィラメントが、毎分100 0メートル未満の速度で行われるスパンボンディング工程により製造されること を特徴とする、請求項29に記載の使い捨てパーソナルケア製品。
- 31.前記熱可塑性のエラストマー性フィラメントが、ポリウレタン、ABAブ ロック共重合体、エチレンーポリブチレン共重合体、ポリ(エチレン−ブチレン )ポリスチレンブロック共重合体、ポリアジピン酸エステル、ポリエステルエラ ストマー性重合体、ポリアミドエラストマー性重合体、ポリエーテルエステルエ ラストマー性重合体、主として結晶性の異相オレフィン共重合体、およびそれら の重合体混合物からなる群から選択されたエラストマーを含むことを特徴とする 、請求項29または30に記載の使い捨て吸収性パーソナルケア製品。
- 32.前記重合体混合物が、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリエステル、お よびナイロンからなる群から選択された重合体を含むことを特徴とする、請求項 29〜31のいずれか1項に記載の使い捨て吸収性パーソナルケア製品。
- 33.前記使い捨て吸収性パーソナルケア製品がおむつまたは失禁パッドである ことを特徴とする、請求項29〜32のいずれか1項に記載の使い捨て吸収性パ ーソナルケア製品。
- 34.前記使い捨て吸収性パーソナルケア製品が生理用ナプキンであることを特 徴とする、請求項29〜33のいずれか1項に記載の使い捨て吸収性パーソナル ケア製品。
- 35.前記主として結晶性のオレフィン異相ブロック共重合体が、結晶性基本重 合体ブロック、および第二の相として、半結晶性重合体ブロックを経由して結晶 性基本重合体ブロックにブロック化された、弾性を有する無定形共重合体ブロッ クを含み、前記熱可塑性の、主として結晶性のオレフィン異相ブロック共重合体 が、前記結合された熱可塑性フィラメント中に、前記スパンボンディング加工さ れた不織布が、不織布の30%伸長および1回引きの後で機械方向および横断方 向を基にして少なくとも約75%の根平均自乗平均回複性伸長を有するのに十分 な量で存在することを特徴とする、請求項31〜34のいずれか1項に記載の使 い捨て吸収性パーソナルケア製品。
- 36.対向するスパンボンディング加工された不織布層の間に挟まれ、前記不織 布層に結合した、少なくとも1個のメルトブローイング加工された不織布層を含 む医療用バリヤー複合材料不織布であって、前記対向するスパンボンディング加 工された不織布層の少なくとも1個が、結合した、熱可塑性の、本質的に連続し たエラストマー性フィラメントのウェブを含む弾性のスパンボンディング加工さ れた不織布であり、不織布の30%伸長および1回引きの後で機械方向および横 断方向を基にして少なくとも約75%の根平均自乗平均回復性伸長を有すること を特徴とする医療用バリヤー複合材料不織布。
- 37.前記弾性のスパンボンディング加工された層が、前記メルトブローイング 加工された層に結合される際に、延伸された状態に保持されることを特徴とする 、請求項36に記載の医療用バリヤー複合材料不織布。
- 38.前記対向するスパンボンディング加工された層および前記メルトブローイ ング加工された層を互いに結合するために、複数の熱的な点結合を含むことを特 徴とする、請求項36または37に記載の医療用バリヤー複合材料不織布。
- 39.前記結合した、熱可塑性の、エラストマー性フィラメントが、毎分200 0メートル未満の速度で行われるスパンボンディング工程により製造されること を特徴とする、請求項36〜38のいずれか1項に記載の医療用バリヤー複合材 料不織布。
- 40.前記熱可塑性のエラストマー性フィラメントが、ポリウレタン、ABAブ ロック共重合体、エチレンーポリブチレン共重合体、ポリ(エチレン−ブチレン )ポリスチレンブロック共重合体、ポリアジピン酸エステル、ポリエステルエラ ストマー性重合体、ポリアミドエラストマー性重合体、ポリエーテルエステルエ ラストマー性重合体、主として結晶性の異相オレフィン共重合体、およびそれら の重合体混合物からなる群から選択されたエラストマーを含むことを特徴とする 、請求項36〜39のいずれか1項に記載の医療用バリヤー複合材料不織布。
- 41.前記重合体混合物が、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリエステル、お よびナイロンからなる群から選択された重合体を含むことを特徴とする、請求項 40に記載の医療用バリヤー複合材料不織布。
