(Prior Art) Conventionally, when a window glass is attached to a concrete structure, first, a metal sash is fixed to the opening and the face material fitting groove of the sash is used to fit the sash. In JP-A-62-32186, a hard elastic member, which is a backup material formed of a hard elastic material, is loaded into the joint between the glass and the window frame at the joint between the window glass and the window frame that supports the window glass. , A sealing structure in a window frame or the like of a glass window in which a non-adhesive layer is formed in a gap between at least the caulking material filled in the joint outer portion of the hard elastic member and the hard elastic member is disclosed. The panel used for the above has a mounting edge frame for mounting the glass plate on a glass support frame on the inner surface of the four peripheral edges of the rectangular glass plate, and is attached to a frame body 6 as shown in FIG. It is known that the gap between the sealing members 12 is filled with the structural sealing material 8 and hard-bonded thereto. Further, for example, in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 62-49546, there is a strip-shaped strip on the back surface of glass, panel or the like. A molding elastic body in which a molding elastic body is adhered, and a frame member mounted on a pillar of a building is engaged with a mounting groove formed on a non-adhesive surface of the elastic body, and glass, a panel, or the like is supported as a wall surface. A surface-adhesive support structure for glass, panels, etc. by the body is disclosed.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) In the mounting structure of the window glass, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. Sho 62-32186 discloses a window frame sash having a fitting groove, and a sealing material or the like is filled between the groove and the glass plate. Since the sash cross section is significantly larger than the thickness of the glass plate and the processing cost is added in addition to the material, the outer wall panel of Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 62-49546 is not available. Since the adhesive is applied to the inner surface of the four edges of the glass plate and is bonded to the mounting frame directly or through the molded elastic body, the cured adhesive is unsightly when viewed from the outside of the glass plate, and Since the glass plate joined to the outdoor side is exposed, there is a defect that the edge portion is cut off due to accidental collision.

Considering that there is no problem in butt-joining, the glass plate 7 and the aluminum frame body 6 have an integral structure, and since the Young's moduli of glass and aluminum are almost the same, in addition to the frame body 6, the glass plate If the rigidity of the glass plate 7 is also taken into consideration, the cross-sectional shape of the frame body 6 can be made small by taking into account the bending rigidity of the glass plate 7, and the joining of the glass plates 7 shown in FIG. Whereas the wind pressure load of tension / compression acts on the material 8, in the case of butting, the shearing action acts on the structural sealing material 8, and the shear deformation rate is large at the center of the edge span and small at the end. Therefore, a device to reduce the deflection of the glass plate, that is, to use a glass plate 7 that is one rank thicker, or to form a groove 10 at the end of the glass plate 7 and inject and fill the structural sealing material 8 If chemical bonding is performed, the load applied to the structural sealing material 8 on the inclined bonding surface will change from shear to tension or compression, and the amount of deformation will be reduced, or it will become safe by changing to proven tension / compression support, which will result in a false pull. In a window glass such as a door, since it is not necessary to insert the glass plate 7 into the conventional concave cross-section frame body, the assembling portion can be made thin, and the rail groove 1 can be directly formed in the upper frame 2. It is also possible to attach the accessory to the frame body 6 and pull down the window without processing the glass plate 7 itself,
Rotating windows can be easily manufactured.

Even when the framed glass 9 is attached for transportation, the frame 6 is joined to the edge of the glass plate 7 by the structural sealing material 8 so that the edge of the glass 9 is not chipped due to an accident due to collision.
