A hard composite plating layer is formed by using hard microparticles made of at least one of elemental and chromium carbide as a co-deposition material and electroless plating of a metal made of one of nickel, cobalt and chromium as a matrix to form a hard composite layer with high hardness. A spinning ring with good wear was formed.
以下、本発明の一実施例を図面に基いて説明する。 An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

It was immersed in a plating bath, 0.5 μm of carbonized flom was added as hard particles at a rate of 2 g / agitating, and electroless composite plating was performed while rotating or rocking the ring (1).

If it is less than μ, abrasion resistance at high speed is insufficient, and if it exceeds 20 μ, the skin of the plating layer becomes rough and cracks occur, and the treatment time becomes extremely long, resulting in cost increase.
