A method of depositing a metal such as gold or solder by vapor deposition or plating, and then removing an unnecessary portion of the metal by etching or another method is generally used, but in this method, a photoresist or an inner wall of the through hole of the substrate is used, Since selective etching with resist ink or the like cannot be performed, the inner wall of the through hole is cut using a press punch metal fitting, a drill, or a router bit (rotary blade).

For this reason, there is a drawback that the conductor film is peeled off from the turned-up portion, or plating vapor deposition in the subsequent step does not go smoothly.

FIG. 3 is an explanatory view of the connection conductor 3 cut and formed by the press punching metal fitting 10, which has an advantage in that a plurality of connection conductors can be cut at the same time. However, in the press punching metal fitting 10 used here, the blade 10a has the side end surface of the substrate 1 (the inner wall surface of the through hole) as shown in the drawing.
Since it extends in a direction orthogonal to, the conductor of the cut end face (inner wall) is crushed and turned up in the direction of the arrow in the figure, which is not suitable for practical use.

In FIG. 1 (b), the thickness of the printed wiring pattern 2 protruding from the edge of the substrate 1 is shown to be large for the convenience of illustration, and as a result, between the blade 22a and the corner of the pattern 2 is shown. Although it gives the impression that a triangular void is formed, the void is negligible because the thickness of the protrusion of the pattern 2 is actually small.

By cutting the side end surface (the inner wall surface of the through hole) with the metal fitting 20, it is possible to easily and accurately create an appropriate connection conductor 3 without turning up.
