Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily and safety perform the constructing work of a dam retaining wall at low cost by vertically and horizontally piling box type retaining wall blocks stepwise, and regulating the concrete filling quantity to the inner part. CONSTITUTION:Several kinds of box type retaining wall blocks 1 are prepared. An internal partitioning wall 6 is provided in the inner part, and a hollow part is formed by the side wall and internal partitioning wall 6 of the box type retaining wall block 1. The box type retaining wall blocks 1 are set on a foundation 9. The box type retaining wall blocks 1 are successively piled thereon. A vertical reinforcement 10 is also inserted, and concrete 11 is charged to bury it. In a lower part A, the whole inner part of the box type retaining wall block 1 is filled with the concrete 11. In a middle part B, the internal partitioning wall 6 is provided, and only 70% is filled with the concrete 11. In an upper part C, only the half is filled with the concrete 11. The hollow part which is not filled with the concrete is filled with rubble stones, and the concrete filling quantity is gradually reduced toward the upper part.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there is no need to assemble a scaffold for work for assembling a formwork, and a concrete block is piled up on the rear side of a rectangular base body which eliminates the danger to the operator. A front wall and a rear wall are formed by stacking a large number of legged blocks formed by projecting two legs in a zigzag manner and stacking them so that the legs of the upper and lower legged blocks overlap each other. At the same time, the front wall and the rear wall are connected by a suitable number of intermediate vertical walls formed by joining a number of stacked tubular blocks with concrete, while the remaining space between the front wall and the rear wall is There is known a method of constructing a dam-like structure in which a filling material made of poorly mixed concrete or crushed stone is filled in the space (see Japanese Patent Publication No. 56-11812).

However, in the above-mentioned prior art, since the dam-shaped structure is constructed by the legged block and the tubular block, the legged block and the tubular block must be joined with concrete. However, there is a problem in that a flat surface and a tapered surface are formed in the front and rear, and a legged block having a complicated shape is required. The present invention, in view of these circumstances,
By eliminating the drawbacks of the prior art and providing a simple structure, two types of blocks, a legged block and a tubular block, are prepared.
Box type retaining wall blocks that do not need to be joined with concrete are connected vertically by reinforcing bars to fill the entire hollow part in the lower part and reduce the concrete filling toward the upper part. It is intended to provide a retaining wall construction method and a retaining wall concrete block.

The present invention is intended to solve the above-mentioned problems, and employs the following technical means. In the method for constructing a retaining wall according to the invention of claim 1, a plurality of hollow portions are formed by providing an intermediate partition wall in the middle portion, and the hollow portions are provided with engaging portions for partition plates. Box type retaining wall blocks are stacked, the reinforcing bars are inserted through the hollow part, and at the same time, even if there is a partition plate in the lower part, the whole hollow part is filled with concrete and the partition plate is inserted in the middle part. Then, fill more than half of the hollow part with about 70% of concrete, insert a partition plate in the upper part and fill less than half of the hollow part with concrete. The technical means of constructing by filling with crushed stone, earth and sand, etc. was adopted. Moreover, in the concrete block for a retaining wall which is the invention of claim 2,
In a retaining wall block with a rectangular cross-section, which is constructed by stacking on a concrete foundation while connecting to build a retaining wall,
By adopting the technical means of adjusting the filling of the hollow part with concrete by providing a hollow partition plate.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. 1 is a plan view of a box type retaining wall block according to the first embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a front view thereof, and FIG. 3 is a side view thereof. Reference numeral 1 is a box-type retaining wall block including a front wall, a rear wall, and left and right side walls, and a plurality of hollow portions 7 are formed by providing a middle partition wall 2 in the middle portion, and the hollow portion 7 has a partition plate 6 The engaging portion 4 is provided so as to engage with. In addition, 5 is a drain hole, 6 is a partition plate as described above, 7 is a hollow part partitioned by the middle partition wall 2, and 8 is a suspending part which can be suspended by a suspending tool such as a crane. Next, the method of the present invention for constructing a retaining wall such as a dam using the box type retaining wall block 1 shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 4 and 5. First, after excavating the ground to an appropriate depth at the place where the dam should be first constructed, the foundation concrete 9 is cast in situ. Then, it is piled up on the basic concrete 9 in a brick shape with a required height and length. This is an appropriate number of steps (10 steps in this embodiment) corresponding to the required height and length.
Box type retaining wall block 1 of 1
By shifting by an amount, they are stacked and arranged in a brick shape.
By using the hollow portion 7 of the box type retaining wall block 1 which is stacked and arranged in parallel, the vertical reinforcing bar 1 is used for connecting and fixing in the vertical direction.
0 is planted so as to be integrated with the foundation concrete 9. Then, as shown in FIG. 4, the partition plate 6 may or may not be inserted in the three steps of the lower part A, but the hollow part 7 is entirely filled with concrete, As for the four stages of the part B, when the one which can insert two partition plates 6 as shown in FIG. 1 is used, either two partition plates 6 are inserted or one is placed on the back side. Insert one sheet and fill approximately 2/3 of the hollow part 7 with concrete.
For the three steps, the partition plate 6 is also inserted, or one is inserted on the front side, and approximately 1/3 of the hollow portion 7 is filled with concrete. It is to build a retaining wall by filling crushed stone, earth and sand, etc. In this way, by inserting the partition plate 6, it is possible to reduce the filling amount of concrete as going upward,
Moreover, it has become possible to construct a retaining wall that does not have a problem in strength. In addition, as another embodiment, it will be described with reference to FIGS. 6 to 8 that the thickness of the intermediate partition wall 2 can be reduced in this embodiment. Further, the both side portions are also formed with symmetrical recesses so that when the box type retaining wall block 1 is connected, a hollow portion 7 is formed in the connecting portion as shown in FIG. By doing this,
It is possible to provide the engaging portions 4 for the partition plates 6 in all of the hollow portions 7 so that they are partitioned by the partition plates, or it is possible to install the partition plates 6 every other hollow portion 7. .

As a result of adopting the above configuration, the present invention provides
The following effects can be obtained. (1) Except for foundation concrete, it is not necessary to cast in-situ, box type retaining wall block can be produced in the factory, and
Crane loading is possible. (2) The hollow part of the box type retaining wall block and the partition plate are provided, and the reinforcing bars are planted in the vertical direction. Therefore, by using the hollow part and the partition plate, the amount of concrete filled from the bottom to the top is increased. Can be reduced.
