The present invention relates to a packaging material supply device for automatically supplying a conical cup-shaped packaging material used for frozen desserts or the like to a predetermined position.
【0002】[0002]
As a packaging material for frozen desserts such as corn ice, a conical cup-shaped one is used. Conventionally, a device as shown in FIG. 6 has been used as a device for continuously dropping and supplying such a packaging material one by one to a mold provided on a content filling line. This device is a state in which a large number of conical cup-shaped packaging materials 1 with the opening 1a facing downward are stacked in a cylindrical guide 21 that stands vertically right above an empty insertion hole 25a of a formwork 25. The air intake pipe 22 extending in the horizontal direction is disposed between the lower end opening of the guide 21 and the mold 25 so as to be vertically movable and turned upside down 180 °. The hollow arm 23 having the suction pad 24 attached thereto is integrally attached. Then, as shown in FIG. 7, the air suction pipe 22 is raised with the above-mentioned hollow arm 23 facing upward, and the suction pad 24 is applied to the inner surface of the lowermost packaging material 1 of the stacked packaging materials 1. They are brought into contact with each other and adsorbed to the adsorption pad 24, and in this state, the air suction pipe 22 is lowered (state shown by a chain line). Then, as shown in FIG. 8, after the hollow arm 23 is inverted, the suction of the suction pad 24 is released and the packaging material 1 is dropped and supplied into the insertion hole 25a of the mold 25. Next, the mold 25 is fed to the downstream side, an empty mold is positioned immediately below the guide 21, and the above operation is repeated. As a result, the packaging material 1 can be continuously and automatically supplied to the mold 25 one by one.
【0003】[0003]
However, in the above apparatus, the suction and separation by the suction pad 24 are unstable, and when the suction force is weak, the packaging material 1 is dropped at a predetermined time (when the packaging material 1 is inverted, the insertion hole 25a of the form 25 is When the suction force is strong, the packaging material 1 and the suction pad 24 are too closely attached to each other and fall after the dropping time. For this reason, variations occur at the time of dropping, and the packaging material 1 cannot be inserted into the insertion hole 25a of the mold 25 in the correct posture. However, since the stacked packaging materials 1 are in close contact with each other and are difficult to separate from each other, when the lowermost packaging material 1 is sucked by the suction pad 24 and lowered, several pieces are taken out at the same time, or one piece is released from the suction. Can not be taken out. Further, if the reversing speed of the air suction pipe 22 is increased in order to increase the supply efficiency, the packaging material 1 is shaken by the inertial force at the time of the stop at the time of the drop and is separated as it is. It cannot be inserted into the insertion hole 25a. As described above, the conventional apparatus has a drawback in that when the packaging material 1 is separated from the suction pad 24 and inserted into the insertion hole 25a of the mold 25, the certainty thereof is insufficient.
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a packaging material supply device capable of reliably supplying a conical cup-shaped packaging material to a mold or the like.
【0005】[0005]
In order to achieve the above object, the packaging material feeding device of the present invention is a device for continuously dropping the conical cup-shaped packaging materials one by one, and stacking them with their openings facing upward. And a pair of left and right guides that support the above-mentioned packaging material from the left and right, and a pair of left and right that face each other across the lower portion of the above-mentioned stacking packaging material and that can move back and forth toward the side surface of the bottommost packaging material of the above-mentioned stacking packaging material. An advancing / retreating guide, a pressing guide capable of advancing / retreating toward the upper end of the side of the packaging material above the lowermost one, and an air ejection nozzle attached near the pressing guide and capable of ejecting air downward. In the initial state, the advancing / retreating guide abuts the side surface of the lowermost packaging material in the stacking packaging material, and the advancing / retreating guide receives the entire stacking packaging material, and the lowermost packaging material is dropped and supplied. At times, the pressure guide moves forward and After pressing the upper end of the side surface of the packaging material on the upper side of the step to support the entire stacking material other than the lowermost packaging material, the advancing / retreating guide retracts to stack the packaging material. When the support of the material is released and air is discharged from the air discharge nozzle for a predetermined time, the lowermost packaging material is dropped and supplied, and after this drop, the advancing / retreating guides move forward to move the remaining stacking packaging material. The operation is such that the pressure guide is retracted and the operation of releasing the support of the remaining portion of the stacking packaging material is repeated in a state of being supported.

That is, in the packaging material supply device of the present invention, conventionally, the conical cup-shaped packaging materials are stacked in the guide with the openings thereof facing downward, while the openings are conversely arranged above. In this state, the stacking material is stacked in the guide. In the initial state, the advancing / retreating guide is brought into contact with the side surface of the lowermost packaging material of the stacking packaging material so that the advancing / retreating guide receives the entire stacking packaging material. Then, when the lowermost packaging material is dropped and supplied, the pressing guide is advanced to press the upper side surface of the uppermost packaging material on the lowermost side to press the entire packaging material other than the lowermost packaging material. Can be supported, and then the advancing / retreating guide is retracted to release the support of the stacking packaging material, and the inner surface of the packaging material at the bottom and the one above the packaging at the bottom. A gap is formed between the outer surface of the material and air is ejected downward from this portion of the air from the air ejection nozzle, so that the packaging material at the lowest stage is dropped directly below. After this drop, the advancing / retreating guides are moved forward so that the rest of the stacking packaging material is supported, and the pressing guide is retracted to release the rest of the stacking packaging material. By repeating such operations, the packaging materials are continuously dropped and supplied one by one. Therefore, with this device, the packaging material can be dropped straight without turning it upside down, so that the packaging material can be reliably supplied to the form or the like arranged below the guide in the correct posture. can do . Moreover, even if the stacked packaging materials are in close contact with each other, the air discharged from the air discharge nozzle can separate the lowermost packaging material and the packaging material one level above the lowermost packaging material. You can take it out. Further, as described above, since the packaging material can be always dropped right below the lower end opening of the guide, the working pitch of the advance / retreat guide, the pressure guide, and the air discharge nozzle can be accelerated to improve productivity.
Next, this invention will be described in detail based on embodiments.
【0008】[0008]
FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of this invention. In the figure, reference numeral 2 denotes a vertically arranged cylindrical guide, and a large number of packaging materials 1 formed in a conical cup shape are stacked in the guide 2 with the opening 1a thereof facing upward. ing. A cutout hole 7 having a predetermined length is formed in the lower portion of the guide 2 in the circumferential direction. Reference numerals 3 and 4 are a pair of advancing / retreating cylinders facing each other on the left and right, and advancing / retreating guides 5 and 6 having a semicircular shape in plan view are fixed to the tips of the cylinder rods of the advancing / retreating cylinders 3 and 4. Then, the pushing-out operation of the bidirectional cylinders 3 and 4 advances the bidirectional guides 5 and 6, and the upper edge of the inner peripheral surface of the bidirectional guides 5 and 6 is the same as that of the lowermost packaging material 1 of the stacked packaging materials 1. The stacking packaging material 1 is supported by contacting the outer side surface. Further, the bi-directional guides 5, 6 are retracted to the position where they are moved out from the region directly below the packaging material 1 by the retracting operation of the bi-directional retracting cylinders 3, 4.
As shown in FIG. 2, reference numeral 8 is a pressing guide bent in a shape warped with respect to the peripheral surface of the packaging material 1. One end 8 a is vertically mounted on the lateral side of the cutout hole 7. The other end 8b is fixed to the tip of the cylinder rod of the pressing cylinder 9 and is rotatably attached to the shaft 11. When the pushing cylinder 9 is pushed out, the pushing body 9 is rotated inside the guide 2 about the shaft 11 as a fulcrum, and as shown by a chain line, at the central portion of the pushing guide 8, one of the stacking packaging materials 1 is The upper end of the side surface of the uppermost packaging material 1 on the lowermost stage is pressed to the inside of the guide 2.
Further, 10 (returning to FIG. 1) is an air discharge nozzle, and an air supply pipe 12 communicating with an air supply device (not shown) is connected to the air discharge nozzle 10.
Using the above device, for example, the packaging material 1 can be inserted into the insertion hole 25a of the mold 25 on the content filling line as follows. That is, first, in the initial state, as shown in FIG. 3, the cylinder rods of the pair of advancing / retreating cylinders 3 and 4 facing left and right are pushed out, and the advancing / retreating guides 5 and 6 are stacked in the guide 2 in the advanced state. The outermost surface of the packaging material 1 of the packaging material 1 is in contact with the outer surface of the packaging material 1, and the entire laminated packaging material 1 is supported by the upper edge of the inner peripheral surface of the advance / retreat guides 5, 6. At this time, the pressing guide 8 is located outside the guide 2. Then, at the time of dropping and supplying, as shown in FIG. 4, the pushing cylinder 9 is pushed out to cause the pushing guide 8 to enter the inside of the guide 2, and the central portion of the pushing guide 8 causes the stacking packaging material 1 to move. The upper end of the side surface of the uppermost packaging material 1 is pressed inside the guide 2. As a result, the pressure guide 8 is configured to be able to support the entire stacked packaging material other than the lowermost packaging material 1, and the inner peripheral surface of the lowermost packaging material 1 and the packaging material one above it. Make a gap with the outer peripheral surface of 1. In this state, as shown in FIG. 5, the advancing / retreating guides 5 and 6 are retracted to release the support of the stacking packaging material 1 and air is ejected from the air ejection nozzle 10, so that the packaging material at the lowermost stage is discharged. Fill the gap between 1 and the packaging material 1 above it, and push the packaging material 1 directly below. As a result, the lowermost packaging material 1 is dropped right below and inserted into the insertion hole 25a of the form 25 on the content filling line in a correct posture (state shown by a chain line). Next, the advancing / retreating guides 5 and 6 are moved forward to abut the outer surface of the packaging material 1 which is at the lowest stage, so that the rest of the stacking packaging material is supported, and the pressing guide 8 is retracted. Release the support of the rest of the stacking packaging material and return to the initial state. By repeating the above series of operations, the packaging materials 1 are successively dropped one by one.
As described above, according to the above apparatus, the packaging material 1 can be dropped right below the lower end opening of the guide 2 as it is without being inverted. Therefore, the packaging material 1 can be reliably inserted into the insertion hole 25a of the mold 25 without variation in the dropping point. Moreover, even if the stacked packaging materials 1 are in close contact with each other, the air from the air discharge nozzle 10 can separate the lowermost packaging material 1 and the packaging material 1 one above the lowermost packaging material 1, and one by one reliably. You can take it out. Further, since all the operations are performed by using the operation of the cylinder, it is possible to increase the moving speed of the mold 25 by increasing the operation pitch of the cylinder and the air ejection pitch.
【0013】[0013]
As described above, according to the packaging material supply device of the present invention, the packaging material can be dropped right below the lower end opening of the guide without being inverted, so that the packaging material can be reliably arranged below the guide. It can be supplied to the installed formwork etc. in the correct posture. However, even if the stacked packaging materials are in close contact with each other, the air discharged from the air discharge nozzle can separate the lowermost packaging material and the packaging material one above it, and one packaging material can be reliably You can take them out one by one. Further, as described above, since the packaging material can always be dropped right below the lower end opening of the guide, the working pitch of the advancing / retreating guide, the pressing guide, and the air discharge nozzle can be accelerated to improve productivity.
